Bluebird mine gift store is a staple of Arizona history. You want to learn about the mines in the area you come to the Bluebird. They have all the fixins you could possibly want, and if they don't have it you don't need it! Beers by the 6 pack buffalo burgers and more. You want some sweet rocks and other nick naks they got you. The owner is amazing he lives in the house next door which coincidentally is the school house from 1865! Get your ass to the bluebird enjoy some history.

A perfect place to stop off on your way to the lake. This is a piece of history that is fun for all ages. The shop has a minerals, specialty prickly pear jelly and honey, Native American gifts, beef jerky, books and more. Everywhere you look there are funny signs and pictures from the past. What a cool historical place. This was a highlight of our trip to Apache Junction.
