Fun to get dressed up and go for tea with the girls. Staff is friendly and everything is very pretty. Two cockails included in the price. Drinks are underwhelming. Sharable teapots are filled with enough for one- not two. The Cheshire Smile just tasted like watery cold ginger tea. The Camelback Chai was not any better. Tea comes with a savory and sweet course. More than enough food. They can accommodate vegetarians with advanced notice. Food was ok- the brie puffs and deviled egg were good. Raw cauliflower salad was flavorless. Sweet course was photo worthy but not amazing. Cream puff was the best of the bunch. Fine to try once but no need to return.

Basis for my starred ratings (which skews heavily to the food or drink):1 star: Never again.2 stars: Poor food, poor experience, extraordinary measures in order for me to come back.3 stars: Average, nothing really special, nothing particularly bad.4 stars: Very good, would definitely return.5 stars: A favorite, one of the best. This review doesn't include the food that we ordered since that comes from Artizen next door (see my review for that), just based on drinks and experience.Cool space with a gigantic banquette seating area in the middle. Nice old-timey vibe, old harmonicas on the wall on loan from the Musical Instrument Museum. The bartender was very friendly.Things got a little rough, but was saved by a negroni. We were here after dinner so I ordered a Fernet Branca, neat. Bartender didn't seem to know what that was, poked around the shelves for it and eventually found it. Got a served a far too large pour for a digestif. (This digestif in particular.) Small problems. My wife ordered the Garden Bouquet which sounded great on paper. Ended up being completely watered down in the end unfortunately, and that was before the ice started to melt. All this was saved to a degree by a very nice negroni. So all in all, this is nice bar for a hotel bar, but for a cocktail bar, there are many better. It ended up being a pretty average experience in a nice setting.

Great bar with an amazing happy hour - 50% off everything from 4-6pm daily too! The decor is beautiful - amazing atmosphere and friendly servers too. I enjoyed a vodka sprtizer and my hubby enjoyed an amazing Napa cabernet. We will definitely be back for happy hour when in the Biltmore area - great, relaxing bar with an amazing drink list.

Amazing! High lite of our trip! Last minute anniversary trip and we landed at the Camby. We saw the Tipsy Tea event they have once a month but was disappointed that their schedule didn't show anything for the dates of our trip, low and behold we saw them setting up the event after our breakfast at the Artizen. The front desk said they were sold out for the event but got our info just incase there was any no shows/cancelations. Guess what!?! They made it happened and we got a call within minutes of asking. Memorable. Beautiful. Amazing. I asked about dress code and was told it was casual but felt weird as ppl showed up in cosplay for Alice and Wonderland. Some people took this to a whole-nother level... Drinks were good. Snacks/food was the better. The experience was best. This experience is a must do.Enjoy

Hosted my company's holiday party here this past year. Our event coordinator made the event seamless and everyone loved their food and drinks. Made the entire process painless.

Amazing! I love going to places like this. Our bartender, Brian, was phenomenal. Korbe was singing the night we went and she literally has the voice of an angel. Overall ambiance was amazing and I can't wait to go back!

Planned my grandmothers 80th birthday party here we made a reservation for 20 people but ended up having 15. From the VERY beginning our server made us feel uncomfortable. She seemed very overwhelmed, which can happen with big parties but that is why you make reservations and the restaurant is prepared for a party. Also the only thing that was being ordered was a choice of your drink and we all ate the same food. She forgot my grandmas drink for a good 30 min. She only came to the table when we asked her to she never came and checked on us. She asked if we wanted the check separate and we said whatever is easy. The whole check process was a disaster and she made it way harder then it needed to be. I also saw people from another table going up and giving her their method of payment (assuming they were not getting great service either). She probably got very confused with our bill because she was doing another tables at the same time. She expressed this frustration on us, when we tried to make things as easy as possible . The server Amber made our experience horrible and we will never come back again. If you come here please be aware of the horrible service especially since it is so costly. Our party of 15 paid $800 for the worst restaurant experience ever !!!!! Hopefully they get better servers!!! Amber was very rude and ruined our experience here! I really hope The Camby sees this review and addresses the issue with their employee! We will be calling to speak to those in charge of this hotel, because the restaurant manger was no help either. We expressed our concerns and bad experience, and he just said sorry he will talk to Amber and hopes we come back.
