Okay, here it goes. I'm embarrassed to admit this, but here it is: this is the best Taco Bell in Phoenix, hands down. And yes, I'm well over the college years where late-night Doritos Locos Tacos were a lifestyle choice. In fact, I'm pushing 50, which, as I write this, makes me feel like I should have outgrown Taco Bell 20-30 years ago. But here I am, not only still in the Taco Bell game, but boldly declaring that this location on Mill Avenue is somehow the GOAT.Let's start with the basics: the freshness. Who knew Taco Bell could serve a taco shell that's actually crispy? I was genuinely shocked to crunch into a shell that didn't taste like it had been waiting for its moment of glory in a warming drawer for days. The shells were fresh, hot, and gloriously crunchy, like they'd been made just for me.And don't even get me started on the hot sauce situation. It's as if someone at Taco Bell said, "You know what this world needs? More sauce packets than any human being could possibly use in one sitting." I've never been given so many packets of hot sauce in my life, and frankly, it felt like a privilege. They could teach other places a thing or two about generosity in sauce distribution. Now, I'm a grown adult. I don't need clean tables, but they've got them anyway. Mill Avenue Taco Bell? Spotless. It's like they have a secret team of Taco Bell ninjas who swoop in between customers and make sure everything is pristine. I know. It's not a real thing, but let me dream. So, I'm sitting here at 50+ years old, with taco sauce on my fingers and a deep sense of satisfaction in my heart. This Taco Bell is just... good. Like, really good. Maybe I should be ashamed. Maybe I should be eating kale and quinoa or whatever people my age are supposed to eat. But instead, I'm in this bright, neon-lit temple of tacos and I'm okay with it.So here's my review: If you're 19, 50, or somewhere in between, do yourself a favor and make a pilgrimage to this Taco Bell on Mill Avenue. You'll leave happy, possibly with a mild taco hangover, and definitely with enough hot sauce to last you a week.I've clearly accepted that I'll never outgrow Taco Bell, and this location is the reason why.

The staff is really nice at this location, and I got my order quickly and sat down at the back patio. As far as Taco Bells go, this one is fantastic.

Taco bell is an easy place for me to go by and get a quick meal. Like they have a drive thru at most locations. Their employees are quick most of the time. I am on their fan list and can collect points to get rewards and free meals or offers. Like that most fan lists give a free item on one's birthday. The taco is crispy and I can taste the cheese. The meat could be a bit better but was fine for the most part. The lettuce was still firm and was fresh.

We stopped by Taco Bell Cantina around 12:30 on a Friday night and they were pretty busy. We used their electronic ordering system and took a seat. There were three young guys making the food and they were working hard. I didn't explore the patio/bar area behind but the restaurant was clean. It took about 20 minutes to get our food (double decker taco, crunchy taco, and crunchy taco no cheese) but it was accurate and fresh. Great location, so close to where we were staying and open late. It's Taco Bell, you get what you get. I would go back.

Actually the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I've been to so many Taco Bell's in the past 15+ years. Avoid this trash location for your life. Literally drive miles away to make it more worthwhile.

Don't waste your money. Went today during a lunch break, restroom was "closed", got my food and they no longer provide self serve hot sauce so I asked for it, I ordered a box meal with 4 items, I was given 3 hot sauce packets. Asked for more and was told no that's the max. I filled my cup with iced tea, I threw it out because the tea was sour. Get my food back to the office, 3 minute walk, and the fries were completely limp and soggy, the food order was wrong. Save your money.

Went in to grab food 830-845pm. No employees near cash registers when I entered. I waited after 2 mins or so an employee came out from the back, looked at me but said nothing. He called to the back for another employee who came out and the two of them just talked to each other. After 5 mins of being ignored left.
