Subway

So it's been awhile since I've had Subway. I used to love there tuna subs. Maybe it's not for everyone but for this review it'll probably cover alot. I had a craving since I got sick and needed something that used to be comfortable. I usually order food but for this "experience " I needed to go in so I could get exactly what I wanted. White bread choice. Standard. Asked for tuna. I saw the container and questioned myself if it's the right choice seeing the low amount of tuna left in the container and the not so tuna colored crust around the edges. I went for it cuz momma didn't raise a quitter. The scraping sound should've been a foreshadowing. I added my toppings, minus the cheese because I'm watching my dad bod. It always seems like a suspicious amount of tuna even when you ask for extra. Delivery always seems more sus to me but whatever.So

As a manager of multiple subways over the course of 3 years I often find myself craving the food. However I'm rarely satisfied by the cleanliness, service or hand washing practices of the stores I visit. Leaving me hard pressed to ever return to those locations. This was the first location I've been to in years that didn't make me anxious, from a management stand point And previous employee I'm much pickier than most. From the smile when I approached to the build and care put into the sandwich, not just throwing ingredients in. Each team member was pleasant and practiced proper hand washing between ringing up guests and continuing on the line. There was a woman who wore a Subway Development Shirt, no doubt that whoever the owners are of this particular Subway they are watching carefully and investing in opperations. Well worth it. If I ever get another craving for Subway I hope that woman and Wyatt are there to make my food.

No ice, no coffee, no veterans discount, no customer service. Total jerks work here. Don't bother. Other locations are worth the trip.

I frequent this Subway when in the East Valley. I particulary enjoy the breakfest wheat flatbread with eggwhites, your choice of cheese and meat. Coffee is good and quality of product and cleanliness have always been excellent. You really can't beat the price and convienence if looking for a healthy breakfast. Donna and her team do a very good job in providing excellent customer service. This is also my go to place for gift cards.

Great salads, very friendly service. And thier breakfast is better then other fast foods.

Looks like this is a common theme for this location.... Place an online order, go there at the time is suppose to be ready and it not. Happened again to me 2 nights ago. The two "Sandwich Artist" could care less. I had to wait another 10 minutes as they cleared out the existing customers then fulfilled my order. After I finally get home to sit down and eat my sandwich, there were the half green tomatoes that were on it. Reached out to their corporate office and got a generic response about the wait times from their Area Director( PR-initials) but never addressed the quality issue I brought up. I guess this behavior and is acceptable now days. Won't be getting business any longer.

Went in a brand new employee is trying her best to work her way thru poor girl needed help.there was more customers when I came in two left the manager wouldn't get off there butt to help this girl there was no soup but a big sign offering soup there was no lemonade and that's part of the reason for coming there won't be back .

I place an online order all the time and they never get it correct I ask for stuff in it and they never get it right the food is good but they don't pay attention

Were new to the area and the guy showed us how to do the online coupon. Great customer service. The two gentlemen working there this evening were spot on! The establishment was clean. Would go back!

Jaden is the best worker I have ever seen, he is super respectful and makes some great sandwiches. 10/10 recommended coming to this establishment. Sandwich was bussing.
