Subway

Due to some medical issues, I do have to follow a low FODMAP diet to regulate my body and this can make it difficult when trying to grab a quick lunch or dinner. Thankfully, subway has a great website and can be customized to make it right for your diet or restrictions! This salad is one of my favorites, and I even order when I'm able to tolerate more foods outside of sticking to low FODMAP. The staff has always been friendly and ensures I'm loaded with lots of tasty vegetables. There is never an issue with snagging a table to dine in or taking to go to eat wherever. Out of the local subways, I do prefer this location as it's clean and seems to be well ran/staffed appropriately. It's a great place to grab a quick lunch!

This location always looks like it needs to be cleaned. Chairs are always all over the place so when you walk in it always looks like chaos. If you order through the app you are most likely not going to get what you order. There seems to be some sort of disconnect where the location you are online ordering from does not actually have the ingredients or knowledge to make the sandwich you order on the app. I've had one young guy who was nice when I went in but today the two girls that were working looked like they truly had no idea what was going on and were honestly just rude. I requested a refund through their website because she said a manager would have to take care of that and she didn't have one there that could help me.

This is an overdue review....So after exploring Goldmine area, we came here for lunch. Suddenly, I had cravings for their tuna sandwich. We got here at around 12 noon and there was a line. There must have been 4 people before us. This location is understaffed. There was only 2 people helping the line and one of them was in charge of the online orders so there was just really 1 person. I was ready with my order and *BAM* they were out of a lot of things like tuna which is what I came there for anyway (it was a little past 12 noon, how can you run out of it?) And some veggies. I ended up getting sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I am giving them 2 stars for 2 reasons. First, the place was clean and well kept. We used their restrooms and they were clean as well. And second, what they lack in the food that they have they make up for the serving. I was impressed by how much chicken and veggies they give you. I can barely close my sandwich. I think this place has a lot of potential and room for improvement.

This is the place to go if you're looking for an attitude! Was told to order online to get a discount, not a big deal but the way it was said was short. No offer to get started on the order while we placed it(mind you, it's empty in the store.) Then I used the women's restroom. No paper towel. Came out and asked for some napkins and let them know the women's bathroom was out of paper towel. The girl just pointed to the counter when I asked for napkins. I would have had to reach across behind counter to reach them. Not practical or something I would imagine subway wants their customers doing.

Subway on Apache & Idaho. I ordered veggie all bread. I ordered roast beef all veggies. What has happened to the customer service. 25$ delivered for 2 6 inch. Unbelievable.

Awesome and kind personality from Logan, my sandwich artist today! It's refreshing to have a great conversation while out and about in the world. It truly makes the all of the difference when you are kind, so thank you Logan!!

I got a sandwich there yesterday. Great service! The place was very clean and well organized. I will definitely be going there again!

This place is nasty and Trashy Dirty tables dirty floors Food every where on counter and wasn't busy. Workers standing in front playing on cell phones where customers can see. Fights in between employees in front of customers.Looks VERY Unprofessional Workers are uncalled for Rude.Health department should shut this place down.Worst PLACE IN AJ

Employees were super polite and efficient except with cleanliness. The woman making my sandwich touched her face and texted on her phone in the middle of making my sandwich. She also used a knife covered in other sauces to close my sandwich so I got some extra flavors. Would probably go back again, just hope they can be a little better about health and food safety.

Placed an order online in morning for pick up at 11:30... got there to pick up and the kid had no clue! He looked at his coworkers and the gal goes I just got it!! There was a line and she said she would do our order right now and the other people walked out! She was rude, and yelling at the other coworker... she rushed on the wraps and could hardly wrap them because it was so full! I asked the gal at the register who the manager was and she said she was the assistant manager... she said sorry got busy! I said it does not look like it!! No pride in there work... I will never go back again!!! And this was for a company meeting!
