Making the reservation was quick & straightforward. They answered all my questions. Character arrived on time and our guests loved her! It was fun for girls and boys. She did a great job! We booked somewhat late, so there were not a lot of selections available, but we were still very pleased!

I really had high hopes using this vendor for my son's birthday party. Unfortunately, they fell short and I recommend spending your money on a different company, truly! To start off, my package came with two characters, and one of the characters showed up about half an hour late.. Anytime I would ask the other character what was the estimated time of arrival, he would respond with "not sure" or "I don't know". There was a clear gap of communication and no oversight. Additionally, the first character that arrived almost seemed out of his element if that makes sense.. he didn't seem entirely sure what his plan of attack was and I kept having to ask questions to understand what is coming next, or what should my guests expect. Overall, as a party host and to spend money on a vendor such as Storybook Entertainment, it really distracted me during my party and I would never use them again. Lastly, when I reached out to the owner, she responded initially to apologize, and that was it. There was no effort to remediate the issue, to provide a percentage of a refund - absolutely nothing. They clearly don't pride themselves on customer service or treat their customers consistently. Just a horrible experience!

We used Storybook Entertainment for our daughter's 3rd birthday and would definitely use them again! Elsa was absolutely wonderful. She arrived on-time and was amazing from the start. She was able to entertain a rambunctious group of 3 and 4 year olds and kept them all engaged. The kids loved the face painting and activity and it kept them all busy while the parents had a chance to eat (always a plus!). We opted for the 90-minute package and are glad we did. I would definitely look into the larger packages in the future. Elsa was worth it!Sara was great as well. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, providing wonderful tips for kids parties. Leading up to the party she provided several recommendations and helped make our party planning easier. We will definitely plan to reach out again in the future and look forward to seeing Elsa (or another princess) again soon!

We used Storybook for my daughter's 4th birthday and are very pleased we did. We selected a larger package with two princesses, photographer, and extras. It was well worth the extra cost. The princesses arrived on time and in character. Our daughter was convinced Belle and Elsa were the real deal. They were kind, polite, and talented. Their face painting was professional level and they were amazing with the kids the whole time. When Elsa sang Let It Go, I saw tears in the eyes of some of the parents. Most importantly, I saw a HUGE smile on my daughter's face. Spending the money on the upgraded options was worth it for us because we were able to simply focus on our daughter and guests. That made the party better for us too. The only problem is that they were too good. My daughter now wants ten princesses at her next birthday party!!!

While I have yet to plan a birthday party that is more than just a casual family gathering for my own kids, we keep busy going to their friends' parties almost every weekend. Some of the parties we've been to have had characters from Storybook Entertainment, and I've been blown away by how talented they are and what a great job they do. From singing princesses to super heroes that can do balloon art, photo opps, tattoo artists, and story time, this company has you covered!I've actually seen Sarah Bernstein, Company Owner and Queen, in action leading activities for toddlers before too, so I know that her passion, experience, and expertise are the very reasons that SEAZ is so successful.I'm sure I'll bite the bullet eventually and plan a real party with entertainment, etc... and when the time comes, I will without a doubt, be calling Storybook Entertainment to provide a character or two. It may be Ana or Elsa or Spiderman, Hello Kitty, or the Little Mermaid, but regardless of what character or package I go with, I know I'll be in good hands with this company.

We had pinkie pie and rainbow dash characters for my 4 year olds birthday party. They were wonderful and a big hit!

Elsa absolutely exceeded any expectations I could've had. We just hired her for a party at my daughters school. She was right on time she played. Danced read them a story interacted with them and had all of their attention for the entire time she was there. I will recommend Story book entertainment to all my friends and contact. What an unforgettable experience. We had Caitlyn as our Elsa today. Thank you so much for making my girls 5th birthday unforgettable

Sara and her Storybook Entertainment team are the best for hiring your party characters. We had such an amazing event with mermaid for my The Little Mermaid 30th DVD Anniversary Disney Party. I was so impressed by not only their punctuality but also the surprise of being able to make a grand entrance with her amazing mermaid. Always very impressed and can't wait to schedule another character party. Storybook Entertainment is above and beyond.

Our daughter had the "BEST birthday ever" thanks to Storybook Entertainment! We had Darth Vader celebrate her big day with her and her friends a s they all loved it! The actors were extremely professional, prompt and well prepared. We will definitely be hiring them again!! Thank you for the service!!!

I highly recommend this company! Sara is very accommodating and easy to work with. Ariel did an awesome job with the kids and she has such a beautiful voice! Even the adults were amazed.
