I absolutely enjoyed this sandwich - the spicy chicken, crispy bacon, cheese, guacamole and ranch - all the right things that you need in the sandwich. The truffle fries were an added bonus. The service was fast and I would definitely order from here again. I was tempted to try their caramel churro sundae, will save this for the next time.

Their diverse menu fills 3 boards with quite a few items to choose from, it was hard to decide on one. In the extended time it takes you to read the menu, you could read my review.Long after trying to decipher the menu I picked the PIGGY BOWL.The Piggy Bowl consisted of a bed of Sweet Potato Fries, sheet of macaroni and cheese, a pillow of pulled pork, a blanket of cheese and topped with a quilt of BBQ sauce. I use sleeping metaphors because this could make you want to NAP from eating this hearty helping of food.After chowing this southern inspired chow I was full from the heavy ingredients. Overall it was tasty and I liked how the combination of flavors and textures went well together. The pulled pork was moist and not over-cooked to where it was dry or mushy. I like that the mac n cheese in this particular dish was not overly cheesy or gooey to pair with the rest of the ingredients otherwise it would be too 'wet' with the rest of the cheese and bbq sauce on top. However, I did experience a lot of char bits on the mac. This took away from the dish because I was crunching the bits as if they were finely crushed oreo crumbs. I'm not sure why the mac was thrown on the grill to pick up the burnt bits but I could taste it in my bites.The other critique is that the menu is way too hard to interpret. It is hand written and did not say exactly what the items or ingredients were. There were not even pictures to help with the visuals. I had to keep asking about the items which is why it took me so long to decide. The list of offerings were a cluster bomb and hard to know how to order.If the menu was better displayed and organized, I guarantee they would get more business, especially when there are trucks with similar food type in the vicinity. No one wants to have to guess what they are getting.I would give this 3.5 stars if possible based on this first experience.

Yummy! Crispy sweet potatoes with the right amount of salt as a base for the Mac and cheese, pulled pork and bbq sauce.

This food truck comes to work at Carvana every once in a while and every time it does my whole office hears about it. I absolutely love this truck. I have not tried much, but anyone that sells a California Burrito is first on my list. The Ribeye Burrito Cali Style (add guac and fries) is the only way to go. The burritos have fresh tortillas and include beans, cheese, meat, and jalapeno sauce. Oh and they are HUGE. You can always get a side of Valentina sauce to make it even better. The owner is super friendly and is always so accommodating. I am devoted to this truck and I hope they come by more often because they are Da Bomb!!!

Food truck came to our apartment complex this evening. This reminds me of home! Husband got the pulled pork burrito, it tasted fantastic and was a great size! I got the churro sundae that hit the spot! We will definitely keep an eye out where these guys stop. Returning customers for sure.

Had this truck out in front of my apartment, decided to try it. Ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and truffle fries. The burger was average at best, not worth the price and fries were just plain.

Experienced the food truck for this restaurant, and it was great! Truffle sweet potato fries and chicken sliders were excellent. Would definitely purchase again and try other things on their menu.

Service was quick and friendly and our food was seasoned to perfection! Seriously great flavors, definitely recommend the Piggy Bowl.

Easily the best food truck experience we've had since moving to the Phoenix area. Had the BBQ cheeseburger, ribeye burrito, and pulled pork mac and cheese. Generous portions with reasonable prices; fries were freshly made and everything was seasoned perfectly!

Just had this food truck out front of my apartment complex for the first time and All I can say is this man knows how to season his food to perfection. 10/10 recommend.
