Before you walk into this place you know what you're getting into looking at the door. This joint is a good old hole in the wall bar that is not trying to impress you. Service wise barmaids are hit or miss. Some work hard and are nice while others are slow and rude. Food is...well what do you think? They have a shuffle board, darts and karaoke certain days.

Came back for seconds, but this time brought my mom and sister. Thursday is pork tenderloin sandwich day. Simply delicious at Simpleton's!

Food prepared great, really better than a regular bar & grill.They have an excellent staff to serve you.The restaurant & bar is like a neighborhood bar; but much better, they also have Karaoke on 3 nights a week with the usual great and not so great of singers!I believe it's Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Check it out my friends! It's a friendly place to visit.And prices really are reasonable!!

This is our go to spot when it comes to decent priced happy hour and food. The last 4 times we have gone the wait time for the food is absurd. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes for tots to come out. We just went again tonight and after waiting 30 + minutes for our food to come out we asked how much longer it would be. The server checked just to say the cook hasn't even started on our food yet. We payed for drinks and left.

My husband and I wanted to check this place out as we are looking for a fun place to do karaoke. It was really busy but we sat ourselves at a booth and only waited 5 minutes for someone to get us a menu. The bar could use an update as the furniture in general was dated and the seats of the booth are frayed. But the place looked clean.The waitress was really busy but we did get to order fairly quickly. I ordered a pina colada but they were out of mix. The waitress was apologetic and nice about it. My husband got a patron and I got a water. We didn't stay long and the waitress was quick about bringing us the check. No one was rude or mean to us, but it was not my scene and I felt somewhat out of place there. I think if you're looking for a hole-in-the-wall sports bar/kind of country vibe with lots of regulars, you'll like this place. We ended up at level up in downtown and had a great time.

Great service. Excellent food. Bartenders know how to pour a beverage for sure. No jiggers. Well worth a visit

Went for taco Tuesday. Food was lukewarm usually not. Did not have our usual waitress. Had Kristy. Appetizers came at the same time as the food. They were not hot either. Waitress came around as we were finishing and asked how was it. We told her pretty bad. She said they would remake them. A little bit late for that. I took some of my friends with me and they said that they would never go again.

A Mesa staple! Come and enjoy great food, good service, and the best staff in Mesa. A great selection of liquor as well as beers on draft. And the bartenders who know their stuff. Great Fish Fry Friday's. Scratch made soups. Everything hand breaded. Karaoke on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. If you're looking for a place to wet your whistle and enjoy people watching, this is the place!

Friendly neighborhood bar! Good wings and excellent service. We went for karaoke, the patrons greeted us as well as the staff. We will come visit next time we're in mesa.
