My boyfriend and I were driving up to Phoenix and had initially had plans to have dinner with friends but we got out of work late in Tucson and decided to get food in casa grande to avoid or a crowd once we got into Phoenix. I wanted Japanese so we googled what there was and this was just a bit higher in ratings then their competition and decided to give Sho-ga a shot. It's small on the inside and we were practically the only ones here but filled it quickly after we ordered. Let me tell you their prices are very affordable to what I've seen elsewhere. We both got their bento boxes, an appetizer and one order of salmon nigiri. This was a lot of food and we were pleasantly surprised how much we loved it. Quality was great and the preparation was expert. We are very much full. We will for sure come back again!!

The service was perfect. The food was also perfect. The price for lunch was $35. It included Miso Soup, Green Tea, Squid Salad, and Noodles with Shrimp. For this quality, it's a good value. Remember that Japanese food is typically very labor intensive and extremely healthy to eat. The ambiance is also very authentically Japanese.My server didn't speak Japanese because she is Korean. And excellent at her job.

My wife and I decided to give this a try since the menu looked pretty good. We were not disappointed. We ordered the 'heart attack' appetizer and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not very spicy but it was tasty. For our meal, we both chose the spicy beef bento. Again, not spicy but very tasty. I highly recommend paying a visit to this establishment. Do check their hours of operation because they do close for a bit between lunch and dinner.

Food was delicious, simple, & reminded me of great taste I had in Okinawa. Portions were perfect and the food was hot, fresh, & the Unagi was perfectly cooked. No fishy smell. I got five star service- the woman working today did amazing. I would simply come back just cause she was so nice, accommodating, & personable. She is another person that needs to open her own Server etiquette business. Business owners can benefit from their staff learning from her... Anyway.... She was great, food was great, the place was clean! All around blown away that Casa Grande had this type of quality.

This place is fantastic! The quality, the flavor, the presentation was incredible. I was skeptical because I am from CA and get picky with my sushi not very close to the sea but this place did not disappoint.I placed an order for pick up and loved the atmosphere and decor inside. Was a very clean and pristine place. I will definitely be going back and dining inside and doing more pick ups from here. Just wow! Thank you sushi chefs :)

A nice Japanese restaurant, with nice atmosphere and prompt, courteous service. The food was good, not spectacular, but the presentation (how the food looked on the plate) was definitely the best I've seen in awhile. I'd definitely come back.
