We just has our wedding here (3/30/24) and had a really great experience. Tennille was very responsive to all of my questions leading up to the day and was helpful on the day. The only feedback I have is that we intentionally ordered a bit more food than we needed but then, last minute, a few guests were not able to come, so, that left us with quite a bit of extra food. We paid for the server package so Tennille and another employee did the food service and clean up but I had nooo idea how much extra food we truly had. Although it is very common for there not to be seconds for guests, because they knew how much food was still untouched, I would have appreciated them just letting me know because we could have had the DJ make an announcement for our guests to get seconds. I didn't know how much extra food we truly had until we were packing up the truck. Other than that it was a wonderful venue. I really appreciate that we could bring in all of our own vendors except for the bartender. You have to use their bartender, Christian, but he is FANTASTIC and has several different packages to choose from.

Shenandoah Mill is where my Wife and I got married 10/27/2018. Our experience with them was top tier. They were willing and able for anything we needed! They had tons of resources for us and made the planning process very easy. We didn't have money to hire a wedding planner and did it ourself but honestly working with Shenandoah Mill made it that much easier. The Venue is a beauty and wouldn't change a thing! This week we celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. I reached out to Tennille to see if I could use the facility or if she had any ideas on doing something special to surprise my wife. They graciously are setting up a private table on the patio for us. I am bringing dinner and my wife and I will be able to enjoy and celebrate our love where we got married. They truly go above and beyond and would recommend Shenandoah Mill to anyone!

Worst communication skills! They have no care to keep a folder and pay attention to your concerns.They advertise that an Event Manager is included. Tenille then says at the "final visit" that they don't have an event manager per say, that it's just someone that takes care of the property like if there is a plumbing issue! The servers only served and stole the leftover food we had ordered in for guests. We ordered more than our guest count for the purpose of having food for our out of town guests the next few days. We spent 1800 grand on that food. The servers never bussed tables! We specifically expressed that bussed tables and big creases in the linen was our major concern. The sign in/gift table linen had huge creases. The cost for the servers included, champagne pouring, bussing and rinsing all dishes and serviceware. We used ALL disposables and cut the champagne becaude we wanted to make sure the servers had more time to bus. Our guests sat at tables with a mess the entire night. We provided the alcohol and beverages as well. The bar tenders never refilled the water tubs for guests. It was 99° and some guests thought we were out of water and left. We had a specialty sangria I made and asked them to rim the glasses with the honey mixture and mixed sugars. They said they would, but NEVER did! Even when I, the bride, ordered it. The owners are swindlers. They did not keep to the contract. Im convinced they steal everyones food through the back door in the kitchen. They look like they have food addictions and the very obese man kept asking me what kind of food we were having delivered. The garden may be beautiful, but the roots are poisoned. The positive reviews are more than likely fake because even Tenille herself posted a review on google posing as a customer. I reported her. Folks, I have several years experience with event sales and event management(mostly weddings). I am very empathetic to both sides of that business. Please dig through the reviews and take the warnings seriousley. Its too much money to put into someplace that does not care about your desires on this special day

Beautiful wedding venue. My sister and her husband just got married here last weekend and it was wonderful. From the staff to the venue itself it was very easy. Gorgeous venue with very little decor needed. All of our guest raved about the location and how close it was to downtown Gilbert. Family owned and ran. I can not rave enough about this venue.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We just held my daughters wedding at Shenandoah Mills and it was absolutely perfect. From our first visit there to the night of the event they were incredible. The owners are very knowledgeable about events and helped us every step of the way. We visited a lot of different venues on the search for the perfect place most of the venues we visited claimed to be affordable but we're way out of our budget. We were able to customize our package to fit our needs. They offered information for their preferred vendors or gave us the option to use our own. Never felt pressure to choose from their vendor list. We decided to cater on our own, having a chef in the family who prepared everything really helped us save some! Other venues seemed to want to push only their vendors on us and told us it would be a disaster to the food ourselves, which it wasn't! We utilized their option for buffet service which included two amazing young ladies that ensured everything was prepped and ready for dinner service kept the buffet well maintained and full for the entire service. They set up and cleaned up and packed everything for us when the service was completed. Additionally, they set cut and served cake to all the guests. You need to book early to secure your date, you won't regret it. Example we scheduled an appointment and toured the venue at the time there were several dates open, we were in the beginning of our search for a venue and wanted to check out a few before we finalized our decision. We went back about a week later and most dates we were looking for were already booked. As anyone knows weddings can be quite stressful to plan. But everyone we came in contact with at Shenandoah was incredible and helped us every step of the way. Would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. Thanks Shenandoah staff for making my daughters special day amazing!

There's a few reviews on here that are one star because of the venue manager, Patrick. And before my wedding I read the reviews and I was terrified because of the bad reviews. Turns out, Patrick made my wedding day AMAZING. Yes, Patrick is blunt and he says what's on his mind. But Patrick was professional and knew what he was doing. He was also my DJ and people are still telling me that my wedding was the funnest wedding they've been to! Patrick made me wedding day the amazing day it was and I feel bad for judging him based off of a few bad reviews that couldn't handle his personality. The venue is GORGEOUS and Patrick is GREAT and for the price, this venue is so worth it.

Please please be aware that if you leave a bad rating here or you don't like Patrick (as MANY OF US DONT) Or even if you choose to go somewhere else...you will be harassed like I have been*If you would like to see proof of how he harasses you please message meOnce again, this mill is not worth the trouble unless you plan to hire Patrick as a DJ, his wife to make flowers and so on, cheaper and better options for your big day with less drama!!!

The Shenandoah Mill was everything we were looking for a wedding venue. I was a little worried it would be crowded since we had about 115 people attend, but it fit everyone perfectly. When I arrived the day of my wedding, everything was pretty much already set up just the way I wanted it! Patrick greeted me as soon as I walked in and if there was something I needed to change he was right there to fix it. The pictures of this venue do not do it justice, especially the outdoor ceremony area. It was absolutely beautiful. Working with Patrick in the months leading up to our wedding date was a breeze as well. He has years of experience and knows how important this day is for the bride and groom (mostly the bride lol). His easy going attitude makes him approachable and I would highly recommend this beautiful venue!

We came here for a venue tour. Loved it, it was super cute. But we could not get past the attitude, abrasiveness, and TOTAL Unwelcoming. Our questions were met with disgust and negativity.After reading other reviews I know I am not the only one who experienced this. We were not shown the venue we were instructed to look around if we wanted. She did not care to greet us or even pretend to want our business. She even left the facility while we were looking around outside.

Thank you to the entire Riedlinger staff. The King-Swanson Wedding went without a hitch. This quaint venue inside and outdoors was gorgeous, as promised despite an unusually hot summer. The grounds were well cared for and green even in late September 2020. Owner/coordinator of the Shenandoah Mill, Patrick, DJ, extraordinaire, did a tremendous job keeping everything on time rolling and everyone entertained. Photographer-Micah and flowers by Tennille all part of the family staff, were very pleasant and easy to work with, start to finish.We, as a family want to thank them and highly recommend this venue, for any type of large gathering.
