We loved our experience here. The supply is fabulous giving us lots of choices of what to serve at a large event. We loved walking through the aisles and checking out everything they had. Shelves were stocked and prices were posted. Staff was friendly and it was very easy to move along and get what we needed. We will definitely be back here.

I am a small restaurant entrepreneur with 2 locations. Shamrock won a preferred provider agreement with us. They had been servicing our account for about a year, sharing the business with two competitors. They won the preferred provider contract because they offered us $20 k incentive to buy the contract and there pricing model seemed to be the most competitive. Little did I know that Shamrock had misrepresented the definition of "cost" in our agreement. They leverage in all operating costs into a matrix of total contact costs so the end result was we ended up paying significantly more for there services. All was good for awhile. We saw our sales rep twice a week and he did an excellent job of servicing the contract with exception of catching the over-buying that was taking place, being done by my kitchen manager at the time. She racked up a significant amount of over-purchases for the company that took us several months to uncover. By the time we caught it, it was too late. There was never a re flag until the damage had been done.We are on a tight budget as start ups are. I had an ACH fail due to other bills coming out earlier than I expected. I let Shamrock know the same day before they knew it and was at the bank getting them a cashiers check for the balance due. After that on many different occasions they hit my bank accounts over the next two months for the same amount again and again. I asked the credit manager to stop and work out other arrangements but they refused. I finally had to have my bank reject them from any more ACH charges as there were decimating our cash flow. We went on COD for awhile but could not draw down the open invoices and we missed multiple deadline for full payment. So we started using another company when they cut us off for stopping the ACH drafts. When we could not get them the entire balance agreed and missed a deadline only being able to make a significant partial payment in the time committed, they simply threw us to the wolves saying their hands were tied.Their attorney (a glorified collection agency) had someone associated with them make a fraudulent call to our business deceptively claiming to be from the local County official calling from a private number annomously and tells an employee that the Sheriff will be at our restaurant the next few days to seize our cash flow, accounts and all assets and the gaurantor will be removed from their home and all property seized as well. Neither a manager or owner was notified. This person gave them the collector's number to call. These guys have unrealistic terms and expect you to fork over money to them before they even contact you in writing. Just wire the money to my account he said. We tried to get back ahold of someone at Shamrock but our consistent attempts to communicate fell on deaf ears.Shamrock is completely irrational and unforgiving and has no problem putting the little guy out of business and families on the street destroying whoever else stands in the way. Just think twice before dealing with them. Our dispute is ongoing and I can not understand for the life of me why they will simply stop communicating with someone who continues to pay, is prepared to continue to pay and just puts someone out of business that continues to try to communicate and continues to give them money towards the debt. If they force the issue, they will put 47 employees on the street. Those are fathers and mothers with families and small children depending on us for a job. It hurts the community who depend on us. It hurts all the vendors and is socially and economically irresponsible. This is so pathetic, especially when we are communicating with them and willing to work with them to clear the invoices. SHAME ON YOU SHAMROCK. Shame on you and your poor business practice luring in well-meaning and well-intended businesses and then destroying them!Do yourself a favor and stay clear! Especially if you are a small struggling business with families that are dependent upon you!
