Scooter's Coffee

I tried the White Mocha Iced Coffee and added peppermint, absolutely delicious!! The barista was a sweetheart, and we had a great conversation, and the drive thru was quick and easy! Will come back soon!

Amazing customer service and I can still taste the coffee! I love the flavoring of the drinks here! They're not overly sweetened and I can still taste the coffee. The staff is always extremely kind. I asked about more flavors that taste like the Turtle Latte and she wrote down a whole list of drinks they can make that taste like candy bars!

I've tried a lot of coffee places and I don't even drink coffee! I go to all of these places to try their Frappuccino drinks! I must say, this location of Scooter's is one of the best! The staff is very friendly and they actually listen to what you want! I must have a "extra thick" drink because I like my frappe drinks that way, and the last unnamed place that I went to, after I received my drink and tried it, it was like water, and I looked at the tag on the cup and it said "thick" not extra thick like I ordered! That won't happen at this Scooter's location, my frappe was perfect! I will definitely be back!!

I have been in 3 times and my simple orders are never correct. The girl at the window who makes the coffee does not seem to know what she is doing. She asks very odd questions like do I want my Redbull hot. I ordered a caramel drip iced coffee and she hands me a small espresso cup of cream on the side instead of adding the cream into the coffee. She stares at you like a deer in headlights when you ask her a question about something odd she has done. I think she needs more training or someone else to be there with her while she is working. This girl is not ready to work alone. I will not be back. I feel I am wasting my money paying for coffee that does not taste good and is made wrong, when I could go two minutes down the road to the next coffee shop where it to be made correctly! I would not be surprised if this coffee shop doesn't make it simply because of this employee! Big disappointment one star given but definitely not deserved!
