Saucy Pasta

This place is legit! They have the best mac and cheese in town. The fried ravioli is amazing. I have never been let down and I have been here numerous times.As a plus they usually are next to a spot with a great beer selection. I can not wait to eat here again.

Saucy Pasta is -- hands down -- my favorite valley food truck! I will go out of my way to get their fresh handmade pasta or unique delicious snackables (fried raviolis, mac n cheese bites... they've always got something good). And don't get me started about the sauces! Meat, Alfredo, cheese, you name it, they've mastered it. The icing on the cake (or sauce on the pasta) is that Saucy also has great relationships with local breweries and taprooms so if you stumble upon them, you won't be thirsty either!Proud to be part of the #SaucyPosse! Blood may be thicker than water but pasta sauce overrides it all.

My favorite food truck by far! Their food is to die for! The fried raviolis is a must have. Dereck and Jenna always provide amazing customer service. I try to get Saucy any chance I have! Everyone needs to try Saucy, you won't be disappointed.

I hired Derick and the Saucy Pasta truck to cater my wife's 50th birthday surprise party. Shrimp Scampi and Pasta Bowls with Bolognese Sauce. All over fresh made pasta. Saucy Pasta delivered well beyond expectations. Will hire them again. If you havent tried it track him down or hire him to cater. You won't be disappointed.

The pasta is some of the best I have ever had! And don't even get me started on their fried ravioli! It is amazing! However, what really stands out is their customer service. They go out of their way to make their food accessible to everyone. I live in Downtown PHX, and they offered to have one of their chefs deliver the food since Postmates did not deliver to that area. I was completely floored that they would be willing to do that, for a random stranger. I have followed their social media for awhile now, and I always see them sharing and cheering on other food trucks. You don't see that kind of love and support very often in our world. With the stress that COVID-19 is placing on families and businesses, it is so important to model kindness and generosity; and Saucy Pasta Truck does just that. Thank you for being a light in these difficult times!

I am from upstate New York, so for sure a heavy critic when it comes to any pasta dishes. I had the Mac and cheese with brisket on top and I also tried the homemade Bolo. The owner told me everything was made from scratch and it certainly tasted as such. 10/10 will be returning to this truck when I see it come around again.
