Sandee's Water & Ice

Service was horrible and who limits ice in Arizona! The lady literally scolded me for grabbing more than one bag of ice, so I put both bags back and walked out with my empty water bottles. I don't need to give my business to someone who feels the need to police a natural resource. Give your business to someone else. Plenty of options in a 5mi radius. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Girl working tonight wasn't having it and her facial expressions clearly showed it. I'm not usually the one to type out bad review or reviews in general but this particular 2 minute interaction really did it for me. I walk in see the sign in from stating that employee was stocking ice and to ring when ready to pay, I did just that filled up on water and got myself an ice cream cone but clearly looked annoyed the whole time. It doesn't cost anything to be friendly.

Seriously tho water and ice, more like this place is flippin nice! Absolutely Positively loved everything about it from the funny signs to the wonderful customer service!

We usually stop by here on our trips to visit grandma in Arizona because they have so many different kinds of Thrifty™ ice cream! These ice creams can be somewhat difficult to find since Rite Aid bought out Thrifty's - and most places don't have some of the more exotic kinds they have here - like birthday cake, pecan praline, and coconut pineapple. They also have the classics like black cherry, rocky road, and rainbow sherbert. Overall there are around 20 different flavors to choose from - so this place is always a hit with the kids, both big and small. Though the prices are a bit on the high side, this is not the kind of place you go looking for a bargain. They offer something special and convenient so it's worth the price. There are a few other things they offer, including ice, filtered water, water bottles, dispensers, and other equipment. They also have candy for sale and a few other things. Overall this is a "neighborhood" type ice cream shop that is totally mom-and-pop style, so drop by and support it if you are looking for some tasty ice cream!

I went to Sandee's water and ice to check it out and see if I could find some ice cream. I walked in and was greeted with an enthusiastic smile. The lady behind the counter explained the ice creams they had and which cones they had. They have regular, chocolate covered with sprinkles, and chocolate covered with nuts. The selection of ice cream was so yummy! I went with a strawberry cheesecake. The ice cream tasted SO GOOD and creamy. It hit the spot. The establishment is clean and smells clean. The prices are great for water, ice, ice cream, and candy. I will be visiting again very soon.

Perfect little spot for all your water and ice needs. Recommend grabbing some icecream while you're there as well. Very friendly staff and fair prices. Ryan is always great and it seems that most customers know him on a first name basis. The kind of friendly small local business you want to support and tell your friends about. Highly recommend.

This is my Water and Ice. I am so happy with the owners that are there now. The hours are better and the shop is clean. Actually open on Sundays. The goose neck water faucets are a bit loose, thats why they get the 4 stars and not 5. I am hoping they get these fixed. Side Note: I have purchased water bottles from WalMart and they are brittle and crack very easy. We now buy the BPA free bottles from Water and Ice. They are a bit more expensive but you get the 1st fill up free. Trust me they will last.

They have awesome Thrifty Ice Cream, Eegees Drinks, and shaved ice! Fun selection of sodas and candy and even some toys (Funko PoPs). Of course they also have great water and ice!

The owner and employees are not friendly at all. My kids love the thrifty ice cream so we will continue to go but not for their customer service!
