I took my 11 and 14 year old here today. They loved hearing about our areas history. The guides were so knowledgeable and attentive. They shared all sorts of facts with us and answered all of our questions. My 14 year old (who loves history) said it was awesome.

This was a fun place to visit with a group of cub scouts to learn about the history of the area. Open and free to the public on Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Keep in mind it's a historical old schoolhouse with no air conditioning.

Only opened 12 hours a month-3 hours each Saturday. Might as well close it down. If that shows how many people shows up, it must not be worth going too. I use to go to school there had 4 classes and the 2 p.e. rooms are in that small building. Pus a Library in the front at one time. Going into it looked nothing like it did when I spent 9 years there-k-8th. They raised 2 walls that makes it look like 1 big room. No living student alive remembers the walls being raised. Let it look like what us old timers remember, not what you want to think.
