I checked the reviews and menu before coming and decided this would be a good place to try. My husband had been here before. I wanted to order juevos rancheros as this is my favorite. But when I read the menu and asked the waitress if it was literally just eggs on a tortilla with sauce. She said yes. And potatoes and a bean cup. Thought that was going to be skimpy so opted for veggie omelette. It was packed with veggies however, didn't have any flavor. My husband said same thing about his meat lovers bowl. Almost like they cook all ingredients separate and then place them together. Kids ordered French toast and Mac n cheese and they enjoyed it. Service was great. Did not wait long for a table. It's a little dark inside but was a good experience. Just did not think the food was all that great

Great atmosphere, food portions are huge, and price is better than most especially for what you get. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak with home sliced potatoes and toast, I ordered the Belgian waffle combo with pork sausage patties. Coffee was fresh brewed, hot, and we were asked often if needed refills. We went about 8am on a Saturday, just 2 and walked right in and were sat immediately. Greeted by Debbie, very friendly, all wait staff were friendly as well. We will definitely return.

All I can say is make the drive! New owner of this Cafe has made amazing changes! The colorado omlet is great with a perfect combo of veggies, sliced potatoes fried with onions perfect side then a choice of toast or pancake. I upgraded to a pumpkin pancake. It was the best pumpkin pancake I've ever eaten. Topped with candied pecans. Omgosh!! For a little diner in a country setting, very impressed! Service was very good as well.I will be back! Don't discount or under estimate this cafe you wont be disappointed!
