Absolutely amazing! Yesterday was invited to baby shower hosted by over the top family in their gorgeous house. Over the years parties of that family were beautiful. This one will be unforgettable! The decor and the food prepared and served by Saltet Caramel Catering was the best I have ever seen or taste it! watching all the guests lining up for more food whit happy faces I had to ask and talk to the one in charge of the catering. Daniela shared her Secret with smile- " main ingredient in everything I serve is LOVE and knowledge "...... than she added that the long experience are helping to.I now know that there's only one name I need to remember when hosting a party for 10 or 100?! Got this catering company reference from one of my friends and decided to book cake and other decor desserts through them for our son's 1st birthday party. I am happy to say that we are glad we went ahead with this company (or rather let's say, Daniela, the owner of this company).One of the most courteous and generous lady who dealt with this event perfectly. My wife was super happy with what we achieved through her. The cake was huge and perfect. We ordered cake, cake-sickles, pop-cakes, cupcakes, macaroons & cookies for the birthday party. My wife and I are satisfied with each of the items. The birthday party theme was a hot air balloon and we sent some pictures from google to Daniela with our expectations and she made picture-perfect desserts as we sent to her. It was in fact better than what we sent to her. She coordinated with the event management company for the color match even. Everything was delivered on time at the venue and she did complete setup by herself before heading off. This was one of the best experiences with any catering company we have ever worked.I would highly recommend Daniela and Salted Caramel company to anyone for their event.

I can't express how happy I am with Salted Caramel Catering. They hosted my wedding reception for 100 people.From the beginning, working with Daniela was very easy. She worked around our schedule and was always prompt to reply when we called, txted or emailed. Daniela really took our ideas into consideration and offered us great insights and recommendations. She was very attending to the smallest details and turned our special day into the best day of our lives. I can't stress enough how delicious the food was, and we had such a variety of dishes. Even our vegan friends were very satisfied. The whole presentation was just unbelievable. We had appetizers served during our cocktail hour, there were also salads and appetizers on the guest's tables at all times, and separate appetizer stations for the reception. We had the main course buffet, a dessert station, and of course the amazing wedding cake, which was truly a delicious piece of art that perfectly reflected our wedding theme. I so wish I could have a bite right now, but I guess we will have to order the same cake for every anniversary. Salted Caramel team was very comfortable working with the venue that they only got to see for the first time on the actual wedding day. The team was very efficient, quick, professional and super friendly. The event went so smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a thing. They exceeded all possible expectations. I love Salted Caramel catering!! The ladies from Salted Caramel always do the most beautiful job and the food + desserts are incredible. I was first introduced as a guest at a bridal shower and was so impressed that I wanted to have them to my own bridal shower several months later. After that, I hired Salted Caramel for my wedding cake! I wouldn't have had it any other way - everything was perfect. Now, nearly a year later I'm the host of a bridal shower and wouldn't go with anyone else once again. Salted Caramel will impress you!

I had Daniela and salted caramel cater a holiday party. Their food is amazing and I felt well cared for from the first moment. We had some picky eaters and when going over everything Daniela came up with a solid 3 course meal. The highlight for me was actually the green bean dish just because they were the best green beans I ever had! We did some filets and ribs and the sauces and glazes they make are outstanding! And the giant cake and varies types of cannoli were works of art. Inventive, full of flavor and perfect execution. Thanks Salted Caramel!

Would not use or recommend this company. We initially hired them to cater our wedding but had problems from day one. Val (the coordinator) was extremely unorganized, and never followed up after emails were sent to her. I constantly had to ask her to respond and it got to the point that I had to speak to Daniella (the chef) about her twice. Finally, after being chastised, Val sent an email apologizing for her lack of follow-through. The deal breaker came after we had spoken about the set up for the wedding. We mentioned the need for tables and chairs not only while we were visiting with her in person, but also via email correspondence. Somehow Val took it upon herself one day to erase the conversation from her mind that we needed tables and chairs and it was only after we spoke to her asking to see the chairs that we were informed of such. When dealing with people's money and important dates communication is HUGE. Val clearly knows nothing about how to communicate properly. We wasted our time even interviewing her, and are now forced to find a new caterer. The only saving grace about this disastrous company is the fact Daniella (the chef) is wonderful and gave us a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Chef Daniella Scott is excellent. The food that she makes is delicious, and her cakes are extraordinary. She puts the time and effort into doing everything it takes to make a party or event perfect. Salted Caramel Catering should be your first choice if you want fabulous food and beautiful and delicious cakes. Chef Daniella is kind, professional, and thorough, ensuring every event detail is perfect. I highly recommend Salted Caramel Catering.

Our experience with Salted Caramel was exceptional. My daughter graduated with her doctorates degree and we hosted a party. The presentation was first class and the food was delicious! And, there was plenty of food! Everyone was very impressed. Daniella took care of every detail and even offered a few suggestions to ensure everything was top notch. I would definitely use them again.

We hired Salted Caramel for my son Baptism. The party included a little over 50 people. Me and my husband met with Daniela few times to discuss the menu and she was also very patient answering my phone calls. The food was fabulous and plenty,served in timely manner. All of our guests commented on it and also the cake- absolutely fantastic. That been said,if I need to hire a catering company in the future,that definitely will be Salted Caramel. Thank you Daniela for making that day so memorable not only for us,but for all of our guests attending as well.
