This is sad and pathetic the manager on Duty AUBREY, who proudly said I'm just a 20yr old trying to run this place and idk how to do a refund.. her words not mine!! We came and this sad excuse for a salad is what they gave us, then proceeded to blame the new trainee ( CÉLINE) for the bad salads and portions. But you're the manager, you should be monitoring your staff...Attempting to be reasonable and asking, could they just give us extra portions of sides, and not to remake them. She said she couldn't do that either. And that our only option was to take the "salads" and come back in the morning when the GM would be in and even tho we gave her the salads back that he may not do the refund cause they are "sticklers" about refunds... if this is independent someone tell corporate they are running this franchises Into the GROUND!!! sad and pathetic excuse for "customer service" and management...We are still in the drive thru at 10pm waiting over 20 minutes to get a refund for the 2 salads that she claim she can do on 2 out of the 5. She doesn't know how to do more then that...Mind you we paid for extra no problem and they still couldn't do that. William the manager is who they called and he allowed the employees to act rudely and childish while working.Salads where empty The quinoa portion was a small tiny clump of frozen idk what!Rude employees Lacked knowledge in how to manage or be a managerDidn't know how to do a returnChildish and rude employees!!Didn't take into consideration that my family had to go without dinner for a night cause your lack of professionalism and customer service!
