Don't go to this flower shop area because the newer employee(Grace) who works here, was less than nice!!!Her(GRACE) behavior was uncalled for as she is very unprofessional and rude!!! I stopped here to inquire when the eucalyptus plants will be out (as I purchase them from here each year "faithfully" and usually around this time of year). This mean human was the worst! She loudly stated that, they don't carry them and that she doesn't order them because she's extremely allergic and she repeated herself... sarcastically that, " there's no way you have ever purchased them from this location because I would've never ordered them" GIRLLLL STAWP ...it was only a question, no need to roll your eyes and get all agitated over a simple question!!! I may be off of my rockers but, I'm not delusional to where I spend my money. I had to walk away rather then to entertain her foolery and her hostile attitude ! "Grace" was less than saving Grace and she needs an attitude adjustment. Who on God's crazy Earth, would work in a flower shop... if they're extremely allergic to flowers of any sort, is beyond me! Grace should be relocated to produce since, she is not a human interacting species. I'll call management to inquire when my eucalyptus will be in, and have them to order them Ms allergic!

Shopped her for years and years but today made me so upset. I ordered pick up groceries. The boy was helping 2 of us at same time. Went home and half my groceries were missing. Called store , young boy first said well I don't see any other bags here for you. ( I don't care I still want my groceries). He then said we can refund items I had to go through and name all the items missing then just said it will take maybe 2 days goodby. He didn't tell me how much or anything else. So I have to reorder or go shopping again to get missing items. Also have to wait for refund. Spent 25 mins on Phone 20 mins picking up order. Called back and got a manager Cassidy who was very condescending and snarky. Left me on hold to find out how much for refund. Then she offered nothing for the trouble until I asked what they would do. I can go get 10$ off but that's it she said... not happy with experience.....

Safeway is our usual grocery store. They always have great produce and (almost) everything we need. The pharmacists are also great!This particular review is for Saturday, 1/14/23. I came in around 9:30 to pick up a cake I had ordered for my mom's birthday - she is visiting from out of state. There were hardly any patrons in the store, but there were lots of employees stocking. Almost all of them greeted me and said hello! Everyone was so friendly!! The cake was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it! I originally planned on getting a regular cake, but when I saw the chocolate peanut butter one, I knew it would be perfect for my mom. The only reason I am giving four stars is because of the consistently not-friendly or attentive bakery employees. I stood there for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me with so much as a glance. There were three employees up there. This happened when I placed my order as well. Someone was picking up a cake, so I got in line behind them, then when they left, the employee helping them turned around and didn't acknowledge there was someone else standing there.

I never seen a more screwed up self checkout system in my entire life. The store is very clean the employee working the self-checkout was cool. I feel sorry for him having to deal with this garbage. Items aren't even in the system and a manager has to step in. The time to check out groceries was literally quadruple what would be under normal circumstances. This is not in the customer's favor. This is corporate greed not wanting to pay human beings to do a job that should be done by humans. There is a huge margin for error when using these machines.

I called to check for a select bourbon. The gentleman was kind enough to go look for me and told me that yes they did have it. I even described it in detail to him and he said yes that's it. He would hold it for me up front so I drove outta my way to get the said bourbon. When I arrived he explained that his manager supposedly said they didn't have any. And that there way a miscommunication . Very strange indeed. Let's not forget it's a highly sought after bourbon and the only reason I called was because I knew this store had it. So personally I don't know what kind of shady s**t is going on but I'm definitely not happy being lied to and also wasting my time and gas.

Terrible customer service! I shop there less and less because the service is terrible. Prices are outrageous there but if customer service was better I might shop there a little more. I get better service at Fry's food store. Safeway might want to follow what Fry's food store is doing. Better customer service and way better prices!

The produce is rotten 90% of the time. All onions and garlic are moldy and rotten. Every time I come here, I cannot find produce that isn't rotten. This is a major disappointment considering this is the closest grocery store to me.

Have tried getting answer that is correct for English Orawheat muffins and I keep getting "Vendors are responsible not us for having here" so then I ask, what does Safeway contribute?

I always shop here for meat and vegetables that are always fresh. Prices are higher than other stores but good product and friendly stuff. Easy to navigate the store and find your items.

Store clean and well organized. Staff helpful. Food selection very good, fruit plates are great.
