Rolbetos Mexican Food

I've been in the area just over three years now and this has got to be my favorite for quick eats, not fast food. Being from CA having tasty Mexican food from SF to SD all my life, this is up there with them especially being located close by. Day or night with friendly service and order always correct and tasty! Thanks!!!!

The food isn't bad. It has a ton of flavor and the prices are great. The portion sizes are so generous that a single quesadilla can be split between two people and the menu is never ending, so if money is tight and you don't know how to microwave a cup of Ramen noodles this should be your go to. It's certainly not fine dining however, with only a few tight booths on the inside, so get it to go, but be warned if you go through the drive through at night pulling around behind the dark and unpaved back of the restaurant feels a might sketchy.

Good place to grab lunch. Quick in and get food. Huge menu. Very clean. Looks like an old A&W on the outside just a few tables and chairs.

Had some business to tend in Coolidge, so made sure that I was here at lunchtime.Rolbetos is a great drive thru with the usual " Bertos" menu. The difference is in the friendly service, and delicious fresh tasting food. Had my usual, 3 rolled taco combo. Taquitos hot, crisp and lightly covered in a thin green avocado sauce, not a chunky guacamole.Washed down with a cold orange crush, I rate this as a well balanced healthy meal.For later, got the 2 beef burrito combo. Looking forward to dinner time!My out of state son and I ate hundreds of midnight taquitos in Tucson, so I sent him a picture of the combo for old times sake.

The tacos were okay but their "queso" was a total rip off. It was like a snack you would make as a kid if there was nothing to eat in the house. Service was awesome though!

Added one star because we like to support individually owned operations. Unique and drew us in from the good reviews. Upon arrival, it's a "hole in the wall" style place, which we love. The place was busy. Lots of take out orders. We are in the food industry and we're appalled that the cook was not wearing gloves! Watched him handle the lettuce, then the meats then roll burritos over and over, then touch pans, trash etc. In the 10 minutes I was observing; I never saw him wash his hands. I saw multiple other health code violations while dining. We still ate the food and didn't get sick (thankfully.). Saw the cans of the sauce and beans, so it's nothing they make in house. Kinda bummed they weren't following health standards because we really wanted to enjoy our food without being grossed out. It was fine, we felt we were in the clear because my burrito was fried and we asked for no lettuce after seeing the cook using his bare hands to add the toppingsTo the food.

The service at this location has recently gotten so bad--I'm probably never coming back. I've honestly come here a lot, we live in Coolidge and it was one of our favorite Mexican food spots. But lately every time we've come, the order is wrong, they forget drinks, I've repeated myself at the window 3-5 times what my actual order is... it's like, is my food even going to be correct?? I'm not sure if management changed or they hired a bunch of new people but even the food quality has decreased. Super disappointing.

I stopped here on 09/04/2021. This place is not very good. Right off the bat I'll tell you it's very similar to every other late-night Mexican taco shop in Southern Arizona. You know, drive-thru, identical menu, similar name..you know what I'm talking about right?I didn't care for my #9: 2 Chicken Tacos ($8.99). There was hardly any chicken and what was there was dry and chewy. I'm betting it was reheated. There was absolutely no flavor aside from the hot sauces that I had to drench my tacos in for me to eat. My husbands #8: 3 Bean Tostadas ($8.99) we're just as bland. I had one bite, and agree his tostadas were stale. The rice and beans were good, but not good enough to warrant a higher rating from me. Service was nice and quick, hence two stars instead of one. I'm not sure when I'll be rolling through Coolidge again but if the time ever comes I probably won't visit Rolbeto's again.

Been going here for years, I used to live in Coolidge and I remember when it was an old Sonic Drive-In. But you know nobody refers to it as Sonic anymore. They always refer to it as Rolbeto's. There's good reason for that, because the food is good the people are great. Everyone always complains that we don't have good small town restaurants in America anymore but this one fits the bill. The beans are about the best I've had in town since the old Sunset restaurant. Overall you can't beat this place, I see some of the negative reviews and I feel that those are just individual outlier experiences does I always have a great experience every time I go

Easily one of the better restaurants in Coolidge. Staff is super nice and the food is consistent. You can bet it's gonna be the same every time
