This is their "Sonoran Dog" Supposed to be a bacon WRAPPED hot dog, instead it's deep fried bacon next to a polish dog, everything is cold. The cheese didn't even melt and the bun is stale. So sad, because I walked over to get a good Sonoran dog, and got this instead.

Not sure what happened in the last 7 months with this business but I had a very pleasant experience with Rockstar contrary to other reviews. Rockstar was featured today at my place of employment and there was a pretty long line even 1 hour into their 2 hour tour. The menu was printed clearly and in a legible font on the side of their truck, the ordering process was easy, simply, and efficient, and the food delivery was quick - I waited less than 10 mins. The hot dog was warm and had a nice "crunch" on the first bite to break the barrier, the toppings were in the perfect ratio, and the bun was soft and fresh. I would order from Rockstar again!

My husband and I patronized this food truck for the first time this evening. There was a glitch with the credit card machine which made the wait slower but that was okay, lots of nice people to talk to. The food, however, was substandard (DonHodog & a John Cougar with crinkle fries & tater tots). The host was surly, the buns were so soggy the dogs could not be picked up, the tater tots were sawdust dry. Very disappointing experience.

Huge, huge mistake to order from Rockstar when they came to our community event. Our pre-order wasn't ready at the promised time which I thought was good, since it meant our chili dogs and french fries would be made fresh - no chance of them sitting around. We waited around ten minutes for this:*Abysmally inedible fries: cold, not cooked even remotely from the raw stage.*Strange chili: odd, stringy meat, strange taste. We scraped it all off.*Cheap tasting, Wonder Bread-like bun*The hot dog was adequate, but cold*It had onions on it, even though it wasn't listed in the description. I'd asked in the notes for no onions *just in case, but why read the notes, right? My family loves chili dogs, but this place was beyond awful. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I would have asked them to re-make our food, or for a refund, but Rockstar had lines of people crowded around. We also had different family members eating from different trucks and we didn't have time to wait. Do not waste your money here.

Reviewing there menu, the hotdogs are pricey compared to what you can get in stores. The lowest price for a hotdog is $5. I glanced over the menu to see what was worth eating and would seem to be a reasonable price. So I bought "The Boss" hotdog. The presentation was good, however once you pick it up all the ingredients come out, even the meat. The bun seemed way too small for the amount of ingredients the hotdog had.I had to scoop up the food after every bite and it was overly greasy/oily. Not very attractive nor appetizing for a hotdog. The hotdogs are made to order, but I felt the quality didn't match the price. I would pay $4 or less for this. $6.00 is way too over priced, even for a food truck that sells hotdogs worth $0.50.

We ordered from their food truck which was at our community for take-out dinner. We're from Chicago and were excited to see The Blues Brothers, a Chicago-style hot dog. The ingredients listed were all correct so we figured we were in for a real Chicago treat. We ordered our dogs with everything except sport peppers, and requested celery salt. The order was ready upon arrival and packaged nicely for take-out. When we got them home, however, we were disappointed to find our hot dogs missing half the promised ingredients, and on a sesame seed bun, not poppy seed. The fries we ordered were fine, but the quantity was more $1 worth, not the $4 we paid. (PS a real Chicago hot dog bun is steamed)

The food was good; however, the buns were hard and they not give us the right food. When we told them it was wrong we kept the mistake and the had to pay additional money to get what we ordered original.

Slow, rude, and not particularly tasty. A rare combination that usually doesn't result in repeat business.

We reached out to this truck to attend a county company event. After spotty communication we still agreed to bring them out. The day of the event the truck did not show. The food coordinator sent us a message an hour into the event asking if we could do it another day. Luckily we had another truck who did show, or we would have been up the proverbial creek. Unacceptable business.
