Stopped by this bakery to see if they had some soup bowls and some desserts for a get together. They unfortunately didn't have the bread bowls that were available online, but the woman was very helpful with amazing service. We even sampled one of their breads to get an idea of the bread similar to the bread bowls. The desserts looked extremely appetizing and presented wonderfully. The taste of the handful of pastries, cupcakes were decent but not "life changing". They didn't have much in terms of dairy free allergies except thier breads. Give them a shot as this is a cute bakery that I'm sure you'll find something to satisfy the carb craving!

As soon as you walk in you are greeted but not like welcomed. I didn't expect to see the fresh baked pastries! Everything is from scratch. I can't wait to try the chocolate mousse cake. I did get the Italian and my hubby got the Londoner everything tastes amazing made with care!! I'd definitely recommend trying this place

Rise Up Bakery is doughing it right!I'm mad at myself for not trying Rise Up Bakery sooner. Their baked goods are baked fresh from scratch every morning. The menu offers cinnamon rolls, cookies, cupcakes, bread, sandwiches, salads, and more. The space is big, bright, and offers plenty of seating. During my first visit, I tried the cinnamon roll and carmelita. The cinnamon roll was one of the best I've ever had. The dough was excellent and it was topped with a generous amount of frosting - as every cinnamon roll should! I thought about the cinnamon roll many times since that visit so I returned a couple weeks later for another one! This time, I tried the lemon blueberry roll and it was even better than the first! It also seemed softer than the first.Service both times were friendly. I plan on working my way to trying every pastry on the menu!

Was really excited to try this bakery but was disappointed. I love almond croissants and the croissant was quite piecey and hollow, there were flat layers and not much rise in between the layers. The paste to croissant ratio was good but the almond paste tasted mostly of almond extract. Service was fine, they helped me when they saw I was ready to order. While browsing I came across a few flies hanging out. Should be more effort to shoo these away.

Nice and clean little bakery. Probably the best cinnamon rolls in the Phoenix area, from what I know of. They offer specialty rolls like orange and lemon blueberry. They also offer other pastries and cookies etc, and breads that are sliced and bagged.

I visited one morning just over a week ago. I had some baking issues and needed some cookies for a birthday celebration at work. I was so glad they are open early making it convenient for before work pick ups. The counter person was so friendly and helpful. She knew the product and its worth. They offer a ton of bakery options. Everyone should be able to find something or many things they like! Everything was presented well and looked divine! I offered two dozen cookies. They're huge! Everyone loved their cookies! Can't wait to go back to get sandwiches and more desserts!

I was filming content at my coworker's house and he was telling me about this place's snickerdoodle cookies were by far the greatest thing he's ever eaten. He demanded we eat here for lunch and get some snickerdoodles as well lol. I was skeptical because, while I do like cinnamon, it's not my first flavor choice. We called in to order (2024 and you can't order online? Seriously?). I got a turkey sandwich and he got a California club sandwich (also several orders of snickerdoodles). The sandwich was tasty. The turkey didn't taste too much like something you'd get out of a Tupperware container at the grocery store. The bread, however, wasn't anything special. It was just a plain roll. For being a bakery, you'd have thought they'd have several bread options. Alas, they really only had like three (I chose the sub roll). They have packaged bread loaves you can buy, but I guess the variety doesn't translate to what you can get for sandwiches. I did appreciate the big ripe tomatoes though. The snickerdoodle cookies were tasty. They were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They also were about the diameter of Crumbl cookies, just nowhere near the thickness. Wasn't blown away by anything here, unfortunately. I remember coming here back in 2019 when I first moved to Gilbert and had the same experience with their baked goods too.

My favorite bakery on east side of town. The staff are very nice and cheerful. My go to items are the Overachiever cookies - omg. I could eat these all day. It's a chocolate chip cookie but with a hint of coconut goodness. Don't forget the cinnamon rolls! Super fluffy and chewy. I haven't tried any of the sandwiches but that's definitely on my list. Plenty of parking. They recently opened up the another side of the bakery filled with tables.

Best cinnamon rolls and bread in the east valley. In fact I'm going tomorrow morning for lemon blueberry and standard cinnamon rolls tomorrow.Their beads are delicious especially the jalapeño cheese bread. Heck, I'd pay just to stand inside and breathe the aroma of fantastic baked goods.

If you've never tried a Kouign-amann, arrive as early as you can (it often sells out) and fork out the $5.50+ for an amazing pastry that comes from La Bretagne, the area located in the northwest corner of France. Qualifier: if the description "carmelized Croissant" does nothing for you, you might want to share the first one with someone, but be prepared to regret that decision. . I've recommended this beauty to many people, several who said they are not a fan of pastries, and 100% of them have loved it.
