I love this place! The staff are so nice and the food is really good. I love a good hot sauce and their red sauce is amazing. Not too watery and super spicy! I eat here at least 3 times a week and it never disappoints. Carne asada fries and Arizona burrito are a couple of my faves.

Very disappointing with the food. Good service and very clean restaurant. The red and green salsas are good. The ground beef has no flavor and the quality is poor. The chorizo looked like mush and I could barely eat it, so unappetizing.

This is my go-to for cheap, average Mexican food--great for hard and street-style tacos, burritos, rolled tacos, and topped fries. The shredded beef, birria, seafood, and cabeza are decent but nothing extraordinary. It's a solid spot when I want something quick and affordable, though not the best in town. They often have coupons. I get more for my money and better ingredients than Taco Bell... so it's a win.

Worst experience ever. Happened twice but the second time it was addressed. The first time.. it was after 2am.. Ordered carne asada nachos with added chorizo. They said they needed to "make more carne asada" so we pulled into a parking spot and had to wait about 20 mins. They were super nice and offered to give us free drinks (watery horchatas). When we got back home we e opened the carton up to just chorizo on the nachos. It was so salty we couldn't even eat it. There was NO carne asada in it at all so they made us wait all that time for nothing!Second time last night on the way home after 2 am again, decided to give it another try. Same thing. Super nice guy offered to take money off the order for the long wait. We get the nachos after like 25 mins waiting. They just have chorizo again. The guy even said "oh I added extra chorizo for you" to try and distract us. We said "but there's no carne asada on here." And opened it up to show him. He came up with a million excuses and even blamed the manager for what he said they needed to "stretch the meat". We asked him to please remake them with JUST carne asada this time cause we wanted to see what they were going to serve. The meat we got was NOT carne asada. It was some kind of ground meat. It was so weird that this guy lied and gave us this mystery meat to cover up whatever the issue was with serving carne asada. This place is ghetto and they shouldn't have people working there who don't give customers what they ordered. Awful experience and I still wonder what that meat is! Fire your current employees and get new management if you guys can't serve quality food. It was the same guy both times by the way. African American who just rambled about his personal views on how he likes to serve food a certain way instead of how he was trained. They are lying to customers about their food and it's weird! 24 hour restaurant but runs out of food and covers it up with other shit just to make a sale!

This place is delicious and closest place to get Birria Tacos. The Birria Tacos are a little more than what I pay at my normal spot in Mesa but they were loaded with meat. The flavors were all great. I've been so tired of paying Filiberto's prices and getting crappy food this place is similar in price but the food all tasted fresh and on point. I don't mind paying if the food is good. The service was good we ate in the store and all the areas were clean and the food came out in a decent amount of time for how fresh everything tasted. Me and my family will be switching to Rili-B's as our go to quick Mexican food spot; after years of disappointment from Filiberto's it is so nice to have such a better place so close. I asked for extra salsa too and they didn't give me a hard time or try to charge me extra like Filiberto's does.Sorry I would have taken pics of the food but I didn't plan on writing a review until after my family and I devoured all the food and realized how great this place was.

Finally decided to try this place and it's basically exactly like every other "berto" type places (Filiberto's) except more expensive and insanely slow. Food is ok, not worth their prices. We placed a mobile order and it wasn't even close to ready when we arrived. We waited an additional 35 minutes to get the food. The girl at the window with the long black hair and pink nails continuously was sniffling and rubbing her fingers against her nose (using fingers like a Kleenex) while hanging out texting on her phone. She then proceeded to bag everyone else's food and touch every sauce, again no gloves. I'm sure this kinda thing happens in fast food often enough we just don't have the opportunity to see it. Still gross to see it. Tip: would usually be to place your order online ahead of time, but considering this place seems to run on slo-mo, maybe place it and arrive 15-30 minutes after the time it says.

Our neighbors talked about the new taco shop by the house and how good their Birria Ramen was so of course I had to try it out. If you don't know, I have been on the hunt for good ramen in the Phoenix valley and have struck out time and time again. So what did I have to lose trying this place out. Now this isn't a 5 star Mexican eatery. This is a I want some tacos give it to me now kind of place. It's open 24hrs, and well they have Ramen! I got the ramen my wife got the Birria tacos with beans and rice and she loved it. She said it tastes just as good if not better than Tacos 86, which I think is the better taco truck here in San Tan Valley. The customer service was good here, they did mess up my order but they fixed it fast with friendly smiles so nothing held against them! It happens. The restaurant itself was clean and busy! First off we have to applaud these guys for using actual ramen noodles. Every other ramen place I have been to uses spaghetti noodles . Doesn't belong in ramen. So right off the bat this place is ahead of the game. The noodles were chewy and cooked in their deliciousness broth, soaking up all of that flavor. The broth has a lot of Birria in it, and I could tell that they use the Birria Consommé to build the broth. With that there was onion, cilantro spices, but this wasn't spicy at all. It was deep in flavor and amazing in taste overall. I would get this again. You can add a bunch of stuff to this to make it different each time. I think it's surprising and disappointing that I have to go to a Mexican spot to get good ramen.Don't you? Go get some Mexican here and let me know what you think!

We placed an order online and it stated a pick up time of 2:21p. We arrived at 2:23p to pick up and was told our food was being prepared at that time. 20 minutes went by (2:42p) and we checked back with the cashier on the status of our food and they said they just started on the food. We could not stay another 20 minutes waiting for food. We asked for a refund. Please keep in mind during this time only one car went through drive through and there was only one other customer in the sitting area. Poor customer service.

Ordered a carne asada burrito at around 10-11pm cause they say they're 24/7. By the time we got home, which it is only 5 min or less from the restaurant, the burrito and the meat seemed to be cold. Which was confusing and disappointing because it was wrapped in tin foil which should keep it warm and we had just left the restaurant. The chips were also not the best, could use salt.Seems like the quality goes down when it gets later in the day, but if your 24/7 you gotta get it right. Thank you!
