Best burgers in town and they have the impossible burger for only $11. I know it's a burger truck but they also have fish tacos that are amazing. And if you are really lucky you'll show up on a night that they have fry bread tacos.

Ordered this for delivery, literally 2 miles from where we were, the burgers were cold. We ordered them medium; they arrived well done, cold like they had been sitting in a warming tray that was turned off, and were the driest burgers I've ever eaten. The onions were non existent as were the jalapeños. The guacamole was there but was mostly mushed out on the container and I'm pretty sure it was Wholly Guacamole brand, so at least it was edible. The buns were the texture of bread left out in open air over night, we did not eat them. The chili was basically more dried out ground beef with chili on it. We were excited about the trademark Red Owl Sauce however I don't think it was put on the burgers. We ordered 2 Red Owl Burgers and all of the above was supposed to come on them. We really wanted to like this place because it's a food truck and close to where we are a lot, but honestly save your money. The 3.8 stars on the delivery site was generous.

Been to about 5 different places that have impossible burgers, this place still has the best out of all of them, the bun alone is freakin delicious. Friendly people working as well, definitely will make it a regular stop.
