Raspados El Boly

This place is absolutely amazing and the fruit always taste so fresh.I'm Puerto Rican but I grew up with only Mexicans and let me tell you I absolutely love Mexican food and Mexican desserts and this place in general has a bomb dessert! It's a MUST!!!I've never had issues with Customer Service... They usually have a decent line but it goes down pretty quick...The only complaint I would say is they run out of pineapple and mangoes pretty fast but that's because they're obviously one of their popular fruits

Estoy muy molesta con este lugar y su staff. Mi familia y yo íbamos mucho antes pero dejamos de ir por que perdieron la atención al cliente y dejaron de preparar las cosas como antes. Hoy Nov. 28, 2022, fuimos porque teniamos antojo de fresas con crema y nos gustaban de ahi. Al llegar esperamos 5 minutos antes de ser atendidos siendo que las muchachas podian vernos pero su conversación era mas importante parece. Las pedimos y nos percatamos que ahora venden las fresas en casi $9. No tuvimos problema ya que siempre nos gustaban de ahi. Pedi si podían limpiar una mesa para consumir ahi siendo que siempre nos gusta quedarnos porque compramos mas, y la muchacha agarro un trapo sucio de me lo dio para que yo limpiara la mesa. Cuando me las dan, decido que me voy a ir a comer a mi carro y me doy cuenta que prácticamente me dieron solo crema y con al rededor de 3 fresas picadas en el vaso y vi la crema batida derretida. Regrese a decirle a una muchacha porque pensé que w sido un error y quería ver si podíamos hacer algo al respecto. Cuando le dije trate de ser amable y ella levanto la voz y me dijo que así era como las hacían, que si que quería? Y me molesto su actitud como si le molestara trabajar ahi o que los clientes recurrieran a ella. Otra muchacha de atrás del mostrador me pregunto que si que pasaba y le dije y se río con una actitud burlona y me dijo que le echaría mas fresas, se llevo mi vaso u le agradecí. Cuando regreso note que solo echo como dos fresas mas y lleno mas de crema. A este punto yo estaba molesta y decidí retirarme. Ni siquiera las probé. Llego a mi casa y no pegue ni 6 cucharadas cuando ya no había fresas y esto fue por lo que me cobraron casi $9. Solo te venden un vaso de crema y si te va bien te tocaran fresas. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría. No pierdan el tiempo en este lugar ni desperdicien su dinero, mejor prepárense todo en casa.

Was told about this place from a friend. I went to get me an elote (corn), however, I walked out with a pepino (cucumber) split. It was really good. Different from how I've had it. Here, they placed candy on top. It was almost like a fruit roll up. The atmosphere at the time was super loud and busy. The staff was friendly. The cashier was helpful. Over all, I will be returning.

My sister and were craving Mexican raspados and although we were a bit hesitant we were very happy with our order. She got the Mangoloko and I got the Chimi (photo here). The prices were a bit pricey, our order did take a good while to be served, but overall the drinks were pretty good!!!

I was a little nervous to go after reading all this bad reviews about bad costumer service, but I had a good experience, my 3 cocktel de Elote came out fast along with my raspado and it was delicious.I'll be back.. Of course until I get bad costumer service...

Waited patiently, atmosphere was busy so I didn't mind but then someone tries cutting in front of me and my sister I tell them I was waiting and they still end up getting there order before mine . Customer wait in line. Idc if you know the employees

Coworker brought in a watermelon stuffed with fruit and topped with tamarind, peanuts, Chamoy and Tajin. Fruit was perfectly ripe and made our entire office smell delicious!

Best spot for raspados! Ii drive the extra mile here for the tosti-camaron. It's portioned perfect for the amount & tastes AMAZING!!!

pésimo servicio de tres mujeres no se ase nada están mal organizadas tienes que ser hombre al parecer para que te atiendan por que llega uno primero y ban atendiendo a puro hombre que llego después que yo y les dices y todavía se molestan y para acabarla de amolar me dan mi orden incompleta mis nieves ya derritiéndose hay no horrible el servicio

Everything was so good! Fast friendly service. My children and I loved this affordable place!
