Rare Tea Queen Creek

My tea tasted good, but I frequent boba places and I wasn't super impressed. One regular black tea with boba was over $8. The ambiance of the place and seating options were good and they got my drink out to me quickly, but their prices were just too high. And, I like my tea just barely sweet so I asked for lower sweetness and the lowest they said they could go was 50% sweet. ‍

Easy location to find with plenty of marking at a strip mall. Staff were courteous and friendly. Store was clean and orderly. I ordered the brown sugar boba shake and it was fantastic! The boba was super fresh and squishy just how I like it! I will be back for sure!

Mom was craving boba, so we hit up Rare Tea in Queen Creek. This location is small but very inviting and has a nice casual ambiance. Seems like a cool place to chill and relax, hang out with friends, and enjoy some good ole boba!The service was quick, as we were greeted right away. The lady was working alone, but she was on top of taking our order and getting our drinks ready in under 5 minutes! I highly recommend this location for a quick bona stop! I love they're black tea milk with extra brown sugar boba. Sooooo good. I tell myself I'm going to try other drinks but then I always get the same thing. It's so good.

Cute little tea shop! Great boba if you like traditional boba! I wish they had fruit poppers, that is the only thing they are missing. The teas are so yummy and the service is quick.

I'm really sorry to be writing this, but I was a huge fan and had often visited the Chandler location. I decided to try this location to support them because the place looked empty tucked far in the back of the strip mall and I was somewhat of a groupie of the company. The visit turned out "traumatic" to the point I can't actually go to either location anymore. I can't wipe out the vision of chunks of excrement in the women's toilet. Unfortunately, now whenever I think of Rare Tea, I think of s**t sprayed across a toilet bowl.It didn't help that I had ordered at the counter, and then when waiting for my drink, I asked to use the bathroom. The bathroom was incredibly unclean and vomit-inducing disgusting that when I want back out to grab my drink my brain somehow linked that crappy (literally) toilet with my favorite drink. Is this how conditioning works? Like Pavlov's dogs?I'm pretty sad this happened, but at least I'm not ordering $10 tea drinks anymore and saving a little money. I'm making my own blender drinks at home instead. I wish there was a way to wipe out that vision of their toilet bowl in my mind. It's ruined Rare Tea for me - both locations.*photo will be uploaded. It's a bit triggering at this point to even think about looking at it again. I also feel sorry for the owners. Their workers pretty much shafted them by not cleaning the bathroom, which has left a lasting impression, literally an imprint that I can't get out of my mind.

One star review remains until my gift card issue is resolved. Fraud so far. I purchased a $50 gift card and the recipient never received her ecard. Numerous calls made with no response. Do not frequent this business.

Tried their taro milk tea with boba and left with a lasting impression. The flavor was immaculate and on point. The decor was inviting and the overhead music was incredible , who do they have on the aux because I was jamming. The girl working was so friendly and polite, my tea took no time at all to make and I will surely be going back. Love it here, cant wait to go back.

Just love their bubble teas! This has been a monthly treat for us. Most recently, I got the taro bubble tea and husband got the rose matcha bubble tea. I'm so thankful that you can do 0% sugar! It feels less artificial than other bubble teas that I've had. They also fill it up with bubbles, so I can chew away! Also love that they have the classic flavors and they've introduced creative ones, too. If it wasn't so expensive, it would have been four stars. But $7 for a bubble tea is kind of insane! That's the price of a whole meal in some places. I recognize that they're the only boba spot in town so they can charge that, but it is a lot.

The environment is so cozy and inviting. I love the kick back vibes and all the books and board games. The menu is full of creative and delicious drinks and affordable prices!
