Ralph's Snack Bar

First time time trying this food truck.... Being from Hawaii as you know we take our food trucks very serious so I decided to try these guys out... first off the two ladies operating the food truck were very Polite soon as they saw me walk up to the truck they said good morning with a smile and asked what I would like to eat so I asked her if I could get a minute to look over the menu. Browsing the Menu which I really like because of The variety of choices they had everything looked so good but, had a hard time deciding so I ended up trying the bacon cheeseburger with crispy seasoned fries.... Let me tell you I am so happy the burger was freshly made Bun was toasted fresh veggie burger was juicy and the seasoned curly fries were hot out of the fryer I wanna give a big thank you to the two ladies who served me! So I have never eaten at this food truck,But I don't think I ever would. The lady that drives the food truck smokes cigarettes while on the go. I get it if you need to have a smoke break. But do that before or after, NOT WHILE DRIVING. Isn't the food in the food truck??! HOW DISGUSTING. this has been twice now. So bleh!

Excellent food! I've eaten off lunch trucks for decades and these are easily the best bunch of trucks I've ever had. I'm responsible to choose the truck that will service our job sites for about two years at a time, and Ralph's has moved into the pole position for all future considerations.

They come on base all the time. I usually eat from the blue one but the other day I ordered from this one. I got a supreme breakfast burrito and man was it delicious. There very clean and have good food and good service. I don't remember what I got from the first time. But I know it was something breakfast related. They have lunch and dinner but I think the blue one has more breakfast variety. If you haven't had this before, you should try it!! I'll have to take a pic of my food sometime!

This truck stopped by my work and is the only option close by so I tired it of 83rd ave and Sherman in Tolleson. It's a married couple the wife cooks and the husband handles the money. What I saw is just disgusting the husband after handling money proceeds to help and handle food without washing his hands. So gross

Ralph's has absolutely terrible customer service!!! After seeing them show up everyday to a TNT car wash down the street from our office we tried to get in contact with them so they would stop by. They literally drive RIGHT BY OUR OFFICE. Everyday, After calling the number they had listed on the side of their truck (also the only one available on their website) the receptionist tells us they do not deliver in our area. (Despite the website saying differently) She proceeds to ask me for a bunch of information, with me answering the same questions multiple times, and she says that they will give us a call back to confirm they will show up to our location. We never received a call. They never showed up. We tried calling them again only to speak to the same lady who took all of the same information again and said the same thing. As we saw them pull up the same time as usual to the car wash we called the car wash and asked them to tell the food truck to stop by our office. We could even see someone go out and tell them. THEY DROVE RIGHT BY US.Today, we had no other option but to literally run out to flag them down. We literally had our receptionist and a gentlemen from the suite next to us run out waving the truck down as they tried to drive past us. They looked at them and kept going.This is just unacceptable. If they are not going to stop at our office we at least deserve an explanation as to why. We have anywhere from 3-25 people at our office depending on who is currently there and everyone would love to try them. At this point, we do not know what it takes to get them to stop by. They are losing business this way. We are all pissed and we are spreading the word. This is beyond unprofessional and very disrespectful. I have never been so disappointed in a company like I am with Ralph's.

You know you've seen them as you drive by construction sites...it's the snack shack, the roach coach, it's Ralph's Snack Bar!! Ok, so I was a little skeptical when HR sent out an email that Ralph's would start doing daily runs to my building, but I they gave me 2 free Ralph Bucks to spend and I couldn't resist, being the cheapskate that I am. Honestly, we were all waiting to see who ran to the toilet first, but everyone was fine and had really good things to say about the food.Can someone say yum! My food was awesome with the exception that it was a little salty for me. I got a rice pudding cup and the rolled taco special with rice and beans (it's only $3.50!) and it was really tasty! They also sell Mexican cokes (think the real sugar stuff - no corn syrup here) and all sorts of little snacky treats.Hit up my parking lot at lunchtime (40th St. & Broadway) if you ever need a Ralph's fix.

Very expensive for chips and energy drinks that i paid 9 dollars for in which case is more than expensive than vending machines.

Ralph's truck runs by my office in north Scottsdale almost every afternoon. NOTHING can beat the the convenience factor, instead of spending 15 minutes fighting airpark traffic to buy a crappy burger, I just roll out to the back of my building and order some fresh tacos. The prices are pretty decent and the food quality is good (but look, it's still got a fast food element to it so we aren't talking gourmet but it's pretty decent!)The cook and the driver are SUPER NICE and always have a great attitude when I see them. If you see them driving around, flag them down for some yummies! :)

Not reliable, always late arriving, and employee was rude to potential customers. Customer service obviously not important to this company
