Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Food, service and location are all perfect. This is a new location in East Mesa and it's more convenient to us than the Greenfield location because it's closer to home. The drive thru was pretty busy at around 2:00pm on Sunday. Initially dining room was pretty empty but more people started coming in. Service was quick and restaurant was clean. Chicken, fries and tea were all great. Food was fresh and crispy. We did notice the price increase. For a box and a Caniac meal, we paid $30.52, a little pricey for fast food to be honest but at least the food's good.

Went through the drive-through someone on the boxes how can I help you? I said well this is the first time I've been here let me look. She said there's only four choices and I said yes I made my order. She seemed nicer at the window me my military discount came home and ate it on one to 10 I'd give it a seven pretty good. I'll try again.

Went there on a Sunday, cause well... that other place is closed on Sunday. Poorly designed parking lot entry and exit (everyone who's been there knows). I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The price was right. Under $12 tax included. The floppy fries had no salt (and neither did I). The chicken sandwhich had what two chicken tenders in it. Not expecting this, the first thing that happened was one of the two tenders fell out the back side of the sandwhich and on to my lap. I did my best reconstruction, and no matter how I held the sandwhich, one of the two fell out again. I resolved to eat the sandwhich with one of the two pieces. The chicken was about as bland as It could be. Large super hard (inedible) chunks of coating were on the edges. I will never eat here again. The food was a 1 the service a 4. There was no wait. This was through the drive thru.

I have been going to Cane's since they came to the Valley, but I went to this new location today and it will be my last time. I ordered two Caniac meals. Not only has the price of this meal doubled over time but the portion sizes have dramatically decreased. The chicken tenders are half the size they once were, and the serving size on the fries was ridiculously small even compared to other Cane's locations nearby. When I complained about the portion size, I was told that is looks correct and no effort was made to give me a proper portion size. Then when I finally got home, I noticed I was shorted one chicken finger in one meal box. It was simply not worth driving back to receive more terrible customer service. This will be the last time my family ever visits a Cane's due overpriced, lackluster food and horrible customer service. Fortunately, there is a newly remodeled Chick Fil A a few hundred yards away..

The fries were cold and unsalted but the chicken was crispy and the sauce was also good.

Food is fine but they have little events or something where a crap ton of high school kids come through all at once after 10pm, all parking in the apartment complex next door instead of by target so now i cant park at my own house. These kids also rev their engines and drive like idiots. They need to bring back the security they had the first few weeks when they do these events. Super annoying and inconvenience to the community.
