Was invited to attend a birthday party at this location. Very magical play space. Many cute crafts. My child had a blast with the dress-up clothes. (My only concern was not knowing if the clothes are washed regularly.)

Such a fun place for kids and adults! I loved watching my 7-year-old focus and create amazing art. It was so special to sit together during the crafternoon session and get creative together without any distractions. Plus, I didn't need to worry about the mess. Thank you!

My 4.5 year old daughter is in the Summer Camp session this week and every part of the experience has been amazing. Things I love: - Enrollment & payment: Super easy online - Security: The front door stays locked at all times, parents must buzz to get in. - Staff: All staff members are friendly, energetic and have an authentic passion for both working with kids & art. I've observed a winning combo of patience and enthusiasm from everyone there.- Environment: The space is inviting, clean and interesting - a lot of visually engaging decor and great layout. - Activities: The kids are busy throughout the day with planned craft stations, play time on the patio, storytime, etc. The activities are thoughtful and designed around a theme with variety in applications. My daughter looks forward to returning each day and is in a great mood when I pick her up.Finally, I felt an additional sense of peace of mind when I saw that 4 of my daughter's classmates from preschool were also in this program. It can be a little jarring to leave your child somewhere new with new people (especially for 6 hour days), but it's clear that many families in Scottsdale are comfortable here so I feel completely at ease. I'd love to come back to Rachel's for future summer camps, birthday parties and art classes.

Wow wow wow... where do I begin?! This may just be my new favorite spot for my boys. My mom is an artist, and art has always been a part of my life, so getting my boys' creative wheels spinning is important to me.We first came to Rachel's Young At Art Studio for a birthday party, and I was blown away by how awesome it was. As soon as we walked in the door, they had multiple art projects laid out at various tables that the kiddos could explore, along with a make believe room with costumes, books, toys, a play kitchen and house, etc. Not one kiddo was bored! Then, they did one group art project all together and it was a birdhouse! So cute! They also let the hosts bring in snacks, pizza, cake, drinks, etc. The best part? They handle the cleanup. My friend raved about how great it was to throw a party here. After talking with the team, I was told that they do camps during holidays and breaks! Sign us up! I enrolled my 3.5 year old in their Labor Day camp from 9a-1p, and when I picked him up, he was so happy!! He loved doing the various art projects, science experiment, and storytime. We will absolutely be back for more camps, and maybe even host a birthday party here! Thank you for spoiling my boy!

We hosted my son's birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. They had several young ladies to run the party and everyone had the best time. The kids got their faces painted, rotated around several art stations, painted their own cupcakes, and enjoyed pizza and drinks. Overall it was a great experience for the kids and parents and we highly recommend it.

We came here for the first time for a birthday party. My son is 2.5. We made a few different projects and the staff took care of packing them up for us. When We got him my son was so excited to show his Dad what he made. When we took them out this is what we found:one of their brochures sticking to his craft. It would t come off, so his masterpiece is completely ruined. He was crushed as was I. I cherish all of his little projects that he pours his heart into. When I emailed them the owner responded with a long list of excuses. No apology. Pathetic. Im appalled by this place. Don't go. They won't value your child or you.

We had our daughter's birthday party here. There are many art activities that the kiddos can do. The staff are so nice, fantastic atmosphere, very clean, spacious and definitely recommend. You need an activity for your kiddos to participate in the summer? They have camps! Thank you! Great job! I will put the word out to friends.

I recently encountered Rachel's Young At Art Studio when I was looking for an indoor activity for my kids (3 and 4) to do on Monday of Memorial Day Weekend... I wanted to do something fun and interactive with them, since I'm usually working on Mondays and they are at preschool. I was so pleased to find out that RYAAS would be open on the holiday, and it exceeded our expectations. We arrived just before 11am for the "Simple Sensory" class. I paid $15 per kid for the drop-in visit and off they went, painting on windows, drawing on walls, doing spin art projects, using cool paint marbles, doing some Father's Day projects, etc... they were very busy for the next 60 minutes, and so proud to show me their work! I had a blast watching too!Rachel was fabulous with the kids... there were three others there with us, and they were all socializing and listening well, taking turns, etc... At the tail end, my kids started playing house and putting on costumes, and then Rachel read a fun book to the group before clean-up time. We took all of our art projects home and Rachel handled the clean-up... it was fabulous! Rachel hosts birthday parties and play dates on weekends, and has all kinds of class options during the week. I look forward to visiting again soon, but more importantly, so do my kids! Thanks again, Rachel... we'll see you soon!

What a fun concept! My daughter loves art and getting a sensory experience (don't all kiddos??) but I have a hard time saving the furniture from paint and markers when we have crafts at home. This is why this studio is such a blessing! They have classes for various age levels and art goals as well as open studio time and even summer/winter camps. There are several stations at which kids can bring out their crafty sides. My favorite part of the studio is the glass wall that my two year old spent a good 10 minutes painting on. And they get to take home every craft and painting they make!!Registration is easy and available online. The only con I is that most classes are between $15-18 an hour and that seems steep for an arts&crafts class as the one we took had no class instructions just seemed like an open studio to do whatever you want.
