Raceway Bar and Grill

We keep going back to Raceway Bar and Grill, almost on a weekly basis! It's become our new hangout! This past Saturday we came with a license plate in hand to donate to the owners to put up on the wall! It was an Alice Cooper Arizona plate, which they said they did not yet have! The owner actually came over to our table and chatted with us and thanked us profusely for the plate!Also, the food was fantastic as always. This time I had the green chile cheeseburger with fries and hubby had the garden salad with vinaigrette dressing. We also shared a bowl of cabbage soup, which was the BOMB! Yum-O, and so warming in the almost-Fall! Also, because we brought in a license plate, we got a free dessert! So we went with the cheesecake with raspberry sauce. OMG! Everything so tasty! We have never had anything sub-par to eat here! LOVE this place!

Normally I give this place 5 star but tonight we walked in and was seated towards the back. No menus were given to us as we were seated. We waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged so started to get up to leave. Just as we were walking away our server came over. We told her we were leaving because we sat there over 10 minutes without an acknowledgment. The owner was sitting to the right of us, he looked up from his phone as we were telling the server we were leaving, he didn't say a thing, I would of thought he'd at least address it while we were there but never said a word. Also while we were waiting another group came in and as they were seated they were handed menus instantly, we didn't even get that.

We had really great service. Love that there are separated dining area and bar areas. And the walk decor is awesome! We really enjoyed the menu options. Although they are famous for their pizzas, we tried the chicken flatbread, wings and meatballs. The sweet potato fries were good but advertised with a spicy seasoning, which was lighter than we were expecting. Wings were good. We love the meatballs and sauce and the flatbread was our favorite! We will be back.

Went there and sat at a table for 10 minutes. not one person gave us menus or greeted us as one of the waitresses seated us also. And the owner was sitting right near us and saw us leave. Was not that busy.

We came on the Saturday before St. Patrick's day so there was a bagpiper playing. It was nice when he was across the restaurant but it was just so loud when he was within 20 ft of you. Also they seemed very busy but the staff seemed to handle the tables well. We got pizza, wings and fried pickle spears. BBQ wings were perfect bar food. Pickle spears were good but definitely have to eat with knife and fork. The breading falls off completely after one bite. Pizza was crispy thin crust with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. Must have if you like crispy thin crust pizza!

The food was good. Prepared well, came out of kitchen piping hot and generous portions. The service was fast and friendly and drinks were good and not watered down.

Service & Food is excellent!!! We're there usually once a week & everything is consistent. Pizza, burgers, etc., always tastes like it just came out of the oven!

We were absolutely blown away by the hospitality, service, and the wonderful patrons at this establishment. Passing through town I looked this place up randomly on Yelp. And we decided to stop by because we read it was pet friendly everyone patronizing the establishment was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly and we had an amazing pizza. It was just so much fun to walk around the grounds and see all the amazing treasures that the owner has collected over the years. Once the pizza came? It was pretty darn good too. We powered through that in no time at all. And they even made a hamburger patty for our dog Piper. I will definitely be back to this place again in the future. If you're in town, it's absolutely a must.

Raceway never disappoints! Great food, fun atmosphere, really good service (Brianna was awesome!). This time we brought our puppy and enjoyed their awesome patio with the heater turned. Their pizza is always good, but we finally found our perfect combo- cherries, jalapeños, pepperoni, and garlic. Delicious!And the meatball sub the next day... just wow. High quality and fantastic. If the owner, Rand, suggests something- trust him!

I just ordered a large pepperoni pizza to go and got home to three pepperonis. Seriously! I use to love raceway pizza for their friendly staff and great pizza. The older lady in the front register said one moment. I guess whatever on the register was more important. But when she finished immediately walked off and left me hanging there to be helped by another employee who was great. Don't know what her problem was but she didn't bother to assist me in any way. I tipped the other employee that services me so I hope she gets it. But the pizza. The pizza was horrible! Even with the three pepperonis. I hope they fix this because I used to always recommend....
