Queso Good

Queso Good is a food truck specializing in quesadillas. They've got a wide selection so I decided to try their Argentine steak dilla which is on a 13 inch tortilla with mozzarella cheese, marinated grilled steak, chimichurri, tomatoes, lettuce, and small potatoes. It also somes with a very small amount of tortilla chips. This cost me $15.37. The first thing I noticed is that their tortillas aren't the stereotypical white flour you see in most quesadillas at other places; it was a very unique thin and crispy texture. It was huge and filled to brim with so much flavor that I couldn't finish it; it made me wish I was more hungry at the time of purchasing it. I really like the fact that their website is very detailed.

Queso Good catered during lunch hour at my place of employment. They were set up early and once they were open to accept orders, the ordering process was efficient and the food came out quickly. A suggestion for improvement is that the menu near the ordering window did not match the menu on the side of the truck, nor did the food come out according to the menu. I ordered the Hail Caesar with a side of guacamole ($2 for a tiny ramekin). The menu did not state there were onions on the dilla but I asked when I ordered to confirm there were no onions. The man taking orders told me that if the menu didn't say onions were included, then onions wouldn't be included. Guess what was included? Giant chunks of red onion. A little disappointed by the inconsistency and lack of employee knowledge. The quesadilla came out hot and fresh and was very large.

They were working so hard for a Nike event the day before Superbowl Sunday. I was picking up a meal for my husband and it ended up being free with my Nike app. Tour trucks for the superbowl were pulling up and they were pumping out a ridiculous amount of orders flawlessly. I ordered a Chicken Fajita Dilla. Lean and tasty. Nice portions.

These guys must put a lot of miles on their truck. I always see them all over town and at events. Queso Good comes by my complex here and there, so I have had the opportunity to try a few items. They are known for their huge signature quesadillas. The Queso Good Dilla and Argentine Steak Dilla are just a couple quesadillas that I have tried. They can be a little greasy, but come packed with ingredients. Queso Good has quite a variety of quesadilla creations to choose from or you can create your own. They also have nachos, tacos, and housemade Agua Frescas and Horchata. They are available for corporate events, carnivals, and school events if you schedule ahead of time.

Just don't. From hindsight, I wished I would've just saved my money and been hungry. I ordered carne asada fries. It ended up being soggy potatoes in a cheese colored soup. I'm sure there wasn't a lick of real cheese in there. Yuck. Owner is in it for the money and seems to have zero interest in food quality.

One of the better Mexican food trucks I've tried. I think I've had lunch from their truck about 3 times now. They have been coming to our office location frequently and they're so popular. Their tortillas are some of the best I've had, they must make them themselves. I've tried their carne asada burrito a couple of times and it's very good. I usually skip the cheese and it's delicious and very filling. It comes with tortilla chips on the side. They have 2 salsas on a table usually and one can fill as many little containers as they want. One is mild and one is medium. The medium is a salsa verde and it is just the right amount of spicy. They also sell fresh Agua Fresca. I tried their mango flavor and it is DELICIOUS!! They sell it in large glass mason jars which you can keep, hence the slightly high price. I tried it twice in the summer and it was so refreshing. I am a big fan of this truck and I make sure to eat from it every time they are at our office! Way to go guys! Great food and friendly service!

Another food truck we tried out at the Queen Creek Food Festival.Ordered a regular cheese quesadilla for the wife, and a carne asada fries for myself.First, The cheese quesadilla was spot on, Wife loved it, I had a piece and thought it was great. I know it's just a quesadilla, But when you have something and it had that wow factor. This was it!Second, The carne asada fries are really good, has crinkle fries with carne, cheese, avocado sauce, sour cream. It's very good, but not the best. I also ordered a Jamaica, which my wife loves.They had much more on their menu, that we would like to try in the future,

Ordered the Argentine quesadilla, wasn't alerted to the absence of chimichirri. Wasn't offered an alternative, or even communicated that my food was incorrect, turns out they were out of it and let me order anyway

Do not use this company. They have terrible follow up and are extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed that they never sent me a quote after telling me my event was tentatively on their schedule. I was ready to seal the deal and after many calls asking for the quote they said they would send, I gave up. NEVER bothered to tell me one way or another. I think they bait you and then wait for another, bigger, more $$$ job and drop you with no notice. Greedy business with crummy work ethic. And the food isn't all that! Glad I didn't trust their verbal agreement because I would have been left empty handed

I order the chicken bowl, it was ok. The chicken was ok, however, it had a bottom layer of mushy white rice. I didn't not like it. It would definitely taste much better with spanish/mexican rice to compliment the chicken.
