Puzzling Escape

My bf and I were visiting the area for a wedding. While looking for something to do during the day, before the wedding, we decided on an escape room! I booked us at 7:30 am for a 10:15 am game. We arrived at the location around 9:50 am. We finally walked up around 10 am to discover no one was there. I had called and the owner picked up letting me know our game master was running a bit late, due to traffic in the surrounding area. We had chosen one game but sadly it had not been reset the night before. So our game master, Brian, asked us to wait while he reset it. Coming to see us with some more bummer news, turns out 2 vital pieces were missing so we needed to choose a different game. We had signed up for the speakeasy one and ended up doing Nora's Nightmare. Now, I mention all that because it put us into a room I wouldn't normally choose. I'm a little chicken when it comes to spooky rooms... Nora's Nightmare has some spooky/creepy moments but HOLY MOLY... I loved it! Getting out of my comfort zone and trying this room was really fun. My bf and I did it with just us two. Brian had been really accommodating to us and overall, we were grateful he was willing to work with us. We got out with a minute and a half left! The room was fun with lots of puzzles to puzzle and stump us. There were a few clues that we would have never in a million years connected, haha. Brian was excellent. Very friendly and professional. Should we find ourselves in the area again, we would totally come back! 10/10 recommend

Exceptional experience here on 1/8/24! Both the Speakeasy and Nora's Nightmare were entertaining, but Nora's Nightmare stole the show as our favorite. The puzzles were captivating, and the overall atmosphere was immersive. Our game master was very friendly, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the adventure.

Anytime I travel to new places, I attempt to take on an Escape Room, this one in particular was very nice. The moderators were great and very helpful and kind to our group. the first room we took on was Speakeasy, there were definitely some challenging puzzles there that called for mathematic skills and others for visual problem solving along with word puzzles and abstract concepts. The overall mixture was good, the room was not linear, and ended up being dominated. We were so excited we followed up with a second room right after, got a discount, and did Nora's Nightmare. The intensity of the puzzles were the exact same, with a mixture of solutions and necessary skills to get it done. We were able to go 2-0 in the facility, enjoyed ourselves and made great memories. This is definitely a great place to check out, I recommend it for anyone that enjoys doing escape rooms.

Great family activity! Our 10 yr old asked to celebrate her bday by doing an escape room. I was a little wary with a 5 yr old but we all ended up having a great time and had a lot of fun doing it! Our Game Master was super nice and helped the kids feel comfortable. Definitely will be back again to try the other rooms!

We loved this place! Perfect extension to Escape Chandler! We can totally see why they're award winning. Last weekend we did the Speakeasy and Houdini back to back. Madeline, our game master, was fun and enthusiastic-always a plus! The puzzles were challenging and entertaining. Today we did Nora's Nightmare. Poor Nora tortured by a menace clown. Good thing we came in to save her dreams! Our game master Daniel was awesome and also enthusiastic. I have to say, having a game master who truly enjoys the rooms goes a *long* way! Kudos to the owners for finding employees who seem to love the rooms as much as the people playing them! Great work guys! Can't wait until they open a new room!

This is the only escape room you will ever need! COME HERE AMD SEE BRIAN! Everyone was able to do something to help, and with a party 8 that's important. Top notch props and sounds, thank you B!

We did Speakeasy while family was in town visiting. It was hard but made it out with 8 minutes. We had a blast! Juniper was super nice. My husband and I have been to about a dozen escape rooms and this was one of the best.

I got here for my schedule escape room at 4:15 and waited 30 minutes but in this heat we had to leave and paid a lot of money for my fiancé and a friend of ours, I am going to be contacting them as soon as they open Friday bc this is ridiculous, it didn't even look like they were open

Played Nora's Nightmare yesterday and, it turned out, we were the first group to play the room since it officially opened. As enthusiasts (almost 200 rooms played), we're always hesitant to try a brand new game as we've quickly learned it's much better to give them some time (even after beta testing) to fine tune things and make sure it runs they way they intended. But since we were jonesing for a room, we decided to go for it. From the first point of contact, via FB messenger, their customer service was spot on. The owner (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) was friendly, very accommodating and responded to my inquiries quickly. As for the room, we enjoyed it quite a bit! I loved the unique theme and really liked the thought and details that were put into the aesthetics of the room. The puzzles are a good mix of lock & key as well as some tech so it should easily appeal to a variety of players. They are not overly difficult but they do still provide a good challenge and make you slow down to think. We are a two-person team and we finished with time to spare. Afterwards, we spent quite a bit of time talking shop with the owner. She was very personable and didn't make us feel rushed or like she had something better to do. I know I already said it, but the customer service was on point with Puzzling Escape. As much as we love playing rooms, we also love talking with the owners and staff about the experience as well as about escape rooms in general. We really enjoy hearing about what went into the design and development of their rooms and just learning about how it all started for them. We can't wait for their other rooms to open. Nora's Nightmare is a fun time for anyone looking for something neat to do. Regardless of your level of experience, get out there and play this game. You'll be glad you did.
