The team at Preferred Rehab is amazing! The front desk staff are really sweet and helpful, got me in quickly, and took care of everything with my insurance. I've had massage, chiropractic, and just tried acupuncture last week and it has help me so much.

Timmy & his team catered to a work event for us recently & I can definitely speak on behalf of not just myself & husband who's been adjusted before but literally our whole facility that TIMMY IS THAT GOOD! Never in my whole life of getting adjusted have I even had the amazing relief instantly like how Timmy worked on us! We will definitely be visiting him & their office soon!

Prefferd Rehab is an excellent place for athletes or weekend warriors to go get their issues treated. They are professional and will listen first before suggesting what they think. I'm a therapist myself and will recommend my clients, friends, and family to Preffered Rehab.

The exercise programs are top notch!!! All they offer is a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are truly there to help you. Plus, quick to try in! Awesome!

My experience with Dr. Erica today was pretty terrible. As I am currently pregnant and high risk, I asked her to please wear a mask during my appointment, since she would be very close to me. Dr. Erica refused to put on a mask, was disrespectful about me wearing one, and told me to just go get a refund and wished me "good luck" finding another chiropractor that specializes in pregnant women. If you are pregnant, worried about Covid, and trying to take precautions, I would advise against going here. They are not taking Covid seriously at all, would rather tell you to find another place then to wear a mask, and clearly do not respect their patients concerns.

Couldn't be happier with the treatment I get here. Dr. Chris and Dr. Erica are great, they see my wife and 3 kids as well never thought to take my kids to the chiropractor but it has done amazing things for them. Chris also gave my shoulder more movement and range than it has had in years. I refer this place to all my friends and family.

If you want a great chiro who cares and takes care of their patient, this is this place. We bring out kids regularly to keep their spine inline.

I called and set up an appointment. During that call I asked them specially if the accepted my insurance and the stated "Yes we take all kinds of insurance." When I arrive for my appointment they told me I had a $500 deductible for X-rays. And misquoted my actual per visit deductible. Come to find out they do not contract with my insurance and gave me out of network quotes. When someone asks "do you take my insurance?" They are trying to make sure that your business is in network. I am so done wIth the underhanded ways people do business. Why can you be honest right up front instead of wasting peoples time.
