I love the food here. The spicy chicken is yummy and their Mac and cheese deserves a shout-out, too. I'm personally not a huge fans of the mashed potatoes and gravy, but the rest of my family is. We ordered a family meal. My only issue is that using a gift card at this location is not easy. Only the drive thru register accepts gift cards. They always want to try at the counter register, then have to cancel that order and redo it at the drive thru register. Kind of a pain, but not a deal breaker.

Ordered the 6 PC wings with honey BBQ sauce, 3 tenders, fries, Cole slaw, and 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp with utensils through Grub hub. Order arrived on time, but only received 1 of the 2 biscuits, no utensils and 4 buttermilk ranch sauce. I ordered 1 ranch and 2 sweet & spicy sauces. Everything was luke warm and very disappointed. Not a fan of Grubhub and now also not a fan of Popeyes chicken.

This review is for the employee that was working on Tuesday 10/24 during the dinner rush.The line to order was about 6 to 10 people long and she kept her cool. She was friendly and helpful and not at all mad / annoyed that the line was long. Thank you for the great customer service!The food was good and we waited about 10 minutes for our order. We ordered a 12 piece spicy chicken family meal and it came with Cajun fries, mashed potatoes, and we got an extra small order of coleslaw. We also got 6 biscuits, a strawberry biscuit (dessert) and two drinks. Our total was about $50.The food was delicious, the dining room was clean, and the service was great! Thank you!Oh and the strawberry biscuit was not good, that's a pass. It was too hard and dry.

They have good chicken sandwiches not sure why people don't give them very much stars. The chicken sandwich is crispy where it needs to be in the crust. The chicken sandwich meat is delicious and yummy. The flavor of the chicken sandwich is good and does not seem to have any over whelming additives. They have sauces that go with the sandwich like a spicy buffalo sauce. They come in little rectangular containers.

Terrible customer service. The guy actually laughed at us and blew a kiss as we drove away from the drive through.The 12pc chicken meal on the menu claims it comes with 2 sides, and he kept disagreeing even though the menu was in front of our face. He kept intentionally repeating "what sauce should you like" when we were asking about the sides. Will not be returning to this location again.

My food was dryer than a biscuit. Beyond disappointed. I got to meal combos and fries. Fries were not fresh along with spicy chicken sandwiches. Definitely has me feeling like "Get your chicken elsewhere" when the actual slogan is get your chicken from Popeyes. This location is no no and when did they start putting bacon on the hot and spicy chicken sandwiches. I'm just beyond disappointed and felt like the process to serve fresh food is ignored. When I pay for food if it's not fresh what am I paying you for. Should of just cooked me a TV dinner in the microwave and I don't even eat them like that.

All the food tasted amazing got a $6 big box but you gotta ask for it it's not on the drive through board. Chicken was huge! Also juicy and crispy. You get two sides of course I got Cajun fries which were real delicious. Never tried the beans and rice but had it as the second side you can pick and it was literally a cup or more filled with beans and rice and it was hearty as hell. All that for just 6.50 I know where I'm eating next in a pinch.

They refused my order of 6 bone in spicy wings, because I wanted all flats. They cannot split the wings other than in equal portions of flats and drumstick. That is a terrible policy for a chicken place to not honor a customers request. It makes no sense makes customers angry. Additionally I was not able to order the wings without a sauce. I just wanted dry (naked) wings but that also refused. I had to put a sauce on them. Horrible experience.
