Worst Popeyes in the area. Do yourself a favor and find the next closest location. Chicken tenders are hard, cold and practically rubber. Fries are always cold too. Garbage. Do better Popeyes geez

Round two, different location for the ghost pepper wings where a Delish articles states:"They are rated at over one million Scoville Heat Units and are considered to be 170 times hotter than Tabasco sauce."The first attempt, I thought for sure they must have just given me the spicy wings as they weren't hot. Welp, it's official, I'm dead inside or these ghost pepper wings are ghosting us with the actual spice. They have great flavor, but they are anything but hot! Besides the major let down of spiciness of the ghost pepper wings, the drive thru was quick, friendly, and appreciated asking if I needed utensils or napkins. Definitely choose this location over a few others I've been to!

We were across the street for a doctor's appointment and were super hungry so we came in for a late lunch. I ordered what were supposed to be spicy chicken tenders but weren't. By no means were they bad I just had my hopes up on spicy but nothing some of their Buffalo sauce didn't fix right up. Now I think the mashed potatoes were yummy but they weren't very hot so they lacked temperature.. Customer service was ok and I think the reason why I'm giving this location 3 stars instead of 2.

I used the mobile app to order BOGO for one dollar wings. I ordered garlic parmesan (mild)flavoring. I pickup my order and decide to try the wings before I drive home. The wings are spicy with garlic parmesan flavoring on top. I calledthe store to report the error. Manager informs me that all the wings are spicy with the exception of the full wings and all the do is put the flavoring on them. The website is misleading. I had MAJOR GASTRIC problems and would not taken a bite of the wing knowing how spicy (ghost pepper) hot it was. The manager offered to make me order right by changing it to full wings. Thank you. Shame on Popeye website developers full disclosure needs to made about the wings. Kudos to manager for great customer recovery.

I'm so annoyed I will just show you what happened. Look at the order and look at the receipt. I received ZERO of the items I ordered. I feel like they literally just put whatever they wanted and didn't care because they were closing. If they were out they could've said something but they never do. And Uber Eats does not refund you so I'm out of over $30 with no food. Ugh.

If you have time to waste then this is your place. I arrived at 11:05 on a weekday. I stood there for a minute or two before anyone acknowledged me. I was the only one in the store. To my surprise I see only 3 people working. 1 cook, 1 drive thru person and another working the counter --as she stood around looking lost for a few minutes before she took my order. The window clerk was running back and forth to the dining room filling drink orders as she took orders from the window which probably meant the drive thru fountain was out of service. She also had to pack the orders that she took. Finally, After I placed my order a flood of people started coming in for the lunch crowd. The young lady at the counter became quickly overwhelmed taking orders while the window clerk was yelling at her to start packing signaling her to prepare the orders in between each one she took--which she couldn't because there was a shortage of food made and not enough for to pack a full order. As I waited over 20 mins as did others, people began walking out. My order was sitting on the counter half prepared while the clerk waited for more chicken to be cooked along with the French fries that didn't get dropped into the fryer until 17 mins after I made my order. The clerk became so panicked she started short changing customers as they called her out on it. After 23 minutes I went back to the counter and requested a refund as it still wasn't ready. The half packed box of food sat on the counter for over 15 minutes cooling while the clerk waited for more chicken and the French fries. I happily drove to another Popeyes on S Power where I placed my order & received it all within 2 minutes. This is definitely not your typical order food fast-food restaurant.

I love Popeyes but don't go much because they can't get my order right (correctly charged but incorrect in the box).So new year and all 2025 - I thought I'd try again. Unfortunately, they still can't figure out how to put 2 pieces of spicy chicken in a box with rice. I got regular (not spicy) and beans.

I've only been to this location a few times but this is probably the best Popeyes i've been too so far and I used to work at one. Most popeyes always get my order wrong, the food is cold and the workers are rude. This one always gets it right, tastes fresh and the workers are actually nice! I'm not sure why this location is rated so low.
