I hate hate hate leaving bad reviews but its how people know and the business can improve. We're traveling through and stayed the night at the hotel walikg distance to this place. But this food was Awful. How can you mess up beans and rice. Ill tell you. By refrying the beens with the left over fat/oils from some sort of meat. We couldn't figure what that taste was til this morning. When we tried to eat the 2 burritos i bought for breakfast. Tasted like fat grease was used .Yes i know they normally use bacon or pork fat to refry beans but with was nasty stuff.I ordered Enchilada/chile relleno plate, Carne asada plate, 2 bean burittos. And its nasty. The girl at counter was very nice but the food was no bueno.

Very very disappointing I've been coming here for about 10 years now maybe longer , and I come because of the way they make their burritos, nice fat juicy and big well today. I got a burritos it was very small when she handed it to me so I asked her if it was my correct order she said yes I said oh it's very small she told me it's the pan they used and because I added potatoes and cheese, which I've always done for the past 10 years, so my burrito really shouldn't be any different. Second thought about coming back so sad The food quality has gone down The service as if she didn't care

Wow we were pleasantly surprised cause though it doesn't look like much from the curb, (looks like it used to be a sonic drive-through) and though not quite the fanciest dine in situation It'll absolutely do the job for a quick lunch, drive through or takeout and fyi that friggen Birria quesadilla... let's just say it's enough to make your tastebuds fall in love! Absolutely one of the best I've tasted!!! Also the lady running the register was super sweet as well. Overall excellent food at a lunch special price!

My boyfriend and I Got tacos de steak, cabeza, lengua and pastor, rice beans and a agua de horchata. The tacos were okay, not great, not bad. The rice felt like it was missing something , sort of.. bland .. the beans had what I think was cheddar or American cheese. Not saying it's bad but for me. It was definitely different but not in a good way. The agua de horchata was my favorite part, it was GOOD. And not sure why, but we received lemons instead of limes .. maybe they were out of limes? Who knows. But he was not to happy about it. Not sure if I'd recommend. The girl at the window was very polite and happy to help when we had questions though. Service was definitely not a problem. Over all spent about $50.

First, I started ordering from here, I loved it, but then it went down from there.Yesterday we ordered and did not receive any salsa, called them and they said sorry. OK with that.Today I ordered Chicken Tacos and got a steak burrito. Asked for a re-delivery and they would not. Done with this place! -1 star if I could! There are better places to order from, this place was just close to work. Pick a different place.

This place is cleaner and smells so much better than before- when it was a Sonic. The employees were so helpful, patient and nice. I ordered the red chilaquiles and horchata... they were delicious.

Great spot! I'm surprised there's not any reviews, me and my girlfriend and my daughter went, very early in the morning, I got a machaca plate, and 3 rolled tacos and my girl got a chorizo burrito, everything was excellent, lady was really nice and it all tasted very fresh, red salsa was bomb too, that's really important to me, I'd definitely recommend if you are near here

the food no longer has any flavor and You are using tortillas instead of meat and they no longer want to give carrots with jalapenos for the bean and cheese burritos. It is not the same as the beginning

I'm from flagstaff, and I always talk about polibertos being the the best. Down here, it was so so bland and tasteless. Worst money I've ever spent. Seriously?

BEST FOOD BUT ESPECIALLY CARNE ASADA FRIES OUT OF ALL BERTOS 10/5 STARS!! & Customer Service is amazing love the drive thru energy all I can say is thanks and keep doing what y'all are doing is Excellence!
