I attempted to try this location on a Sunday, and shocked a Japanese place could be out of white rice. Rice seems like a staple, and with trying to maintain a vegetarian diet it didn't leave any option to try. Definitely go to Nori Japan if in the mall as the food is always delicious and cheaper in comparison.

I ordered a veggie and avocado roll and both were delicious. It's hard to find vegan rolls so I appreciated what was on the menu! Unfortunately, the service was not great. I asked for eel and spicy mayo sauce and the lady who was making the rolls sighed as if I was inconveniencing her. I told her just the eel sauce was fine and she said "thanks you" with a sigh of relief. Because this location is in the mall, I found it tables to be clean and there was plenty of seating. The food was good but if I was met with the same customer service, it's easy enough to find a different poke restaurant.

I would give this place a zero stars if I could. Daughter ordered caramel white chocolate Boba, which contained the worst tapioca pearls I've ever had in my life, she drank less than half, and away.. Husband ordered tempura sushi roll which we threw away because it was disgusting. The rice was horrible. I'm not sure how this place stays in business or if it will be in business much longer they don't go here.

They don't use sushi rice. Tuna is chewy. Overall bad quality ingredients. However, workers are sweet and portions are filling.

Wow this was the worst poke bowl I've ever had .. the quality of the fish is terrible! The smell of the fish was so bad I should have knew it was gonna taste awful .. also don't love how large the fruit chunks are! I won't get this again.

I had the nastiest philli roll here yesterday. Warm rice, which made everything inside the roll luke warm and nauseating, tasteless fish, and just overall absolutely gross! I threw it out! But at least it was really expensive!

Food was sooo good! If you need a Poki fix this place will do it! You also have the option to make your own bowl but I just went with the blazing tuna. IT WAS SO GOOD! It had some fresh Serrano peppers, so if spice is your thing I definitely recommend. The workers are very nice and attentive. Thank you so much for making my lunch experience easy and delicious!

3 people working and it's like impossible to get anyone's attention. Everyone seems like they hate their job.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my experience here was awful. The shrimp tempura was ridiculously small, and the veggie roll was oversized and falling apart. The boba was undercooked and impossible to chew. To make matters worse, they don't offer refunds. My in-laws run a restaurant, so I know the effort it takes, but this place needs to take their business more seriously. I'm even worried about food poisoning given how poorly they seem to treat their equipment. Save your money and go elsewhere. They are not even worth one star. Seriously.

Loved the protein options as well as the toppings. Service was great! I got the marinated ahi tuna 10/10
