Playgrounds Dart Zone

I'm writing this in hopes my experience does not happen to another family and changes can be made. Huge mismanagement at this facility!! My family and I had fun but we would have had the same amount of fun playing nerf guns at our house after how horrible the staffing treated us. 1. We payed extra for our kids to play with the bigger guns and they died a few minutes into the game. What made matters worse was no staff were to be found and we actually had To go behind the counter and get our own new guns that did not involve charging because they were so poorly taken care of. we literally were not able to get help anywhere or able to find any staff! 2. The bullets are in HORRIBLE condition. My gun was constantly jammed because of the poor condition of what is given for people to play with. They should reallly take the time to care for and inspect their equipment periodically before parties come in. 3. My family showed up 35+min early to do waivers and staff was informed we were reserved for the upcoming class. Nobody came to take care of us until our time had already started to be in the arena and because the mismanagement of time we started ten minutes late. The guys working said he would fix it by extending the time and he did not uphold his promise and stopped right when the time was suppose to stop despite what he told our family. 4. The staff seem to hate there job which was the cherry on top after everything we went through. Very disappointed with our experience and hope these things can be fixed so other families do not have to experience what we did tonight. I also hope that they record everything at this facility so that when this review is read they can see how badly we were treated and changes can truly be made!

Who ever created this place is Genius! My boys enjoy shooting Nerf guns but the problem is they usually lose their ammo. At the Dart zone, they have regular dart nerf guns as well as the relic nerf guns (pellet nerf ammo). The front desk staff was super helpful and joined in on the fun by also serving as MCs playing battle music and helping to coach the younger players. Associated costs included personal protective gear, nerf guns and ammo, as well as play time (for us 1.5 hrs).

This Nerf Arena is fantastic! Jeremy was so welcoming and helpful. We are definitely coming back. Our son had an excellent time. He is a fifth grader and we were allowed to play as well. Thank you for the fun time!

We went for the first time for the grand opening ceremony. I brought an extra kid and the two of them had fun! They really hustled and burnt up a lot of energy!Of course, the place is super clean! Although brand new, the employees were very well organized. The owner takes pride in everything he does! He is often there overseeing that everything is perfect!! Right after playing, you can go next door for more play (they have an indoor kid play area next door) and grab something to eat...or drink! They have many different drink options, including specialty drinks (non alcoholic LOL), even ICEE's, ice cream and very good and tasty food options!!

This is the best place for an outing with the family, your friends, or even for work team building with your Co-workers. Everyone had a great time and couldn't stop talking about it all night. The staff at this facility is amazing! They accommodated our large group and even switched the hour from dart play to rivals for us. We will definitely be back!

This past weekend we had a Mobile Go Party at our home and it was AMAZING!!!! The kids had such a great time!! The arrival was right on time, set-up and clean-up were fantastic and the variety of games played was incredible!!!! I highly recommend booking a Mobile Go Party for a child's birthday or even just to have a fun get-together!!

Kids had a blast here Thursday night. Staff behind the counter could use some improvement. our referee aj during our game was the most helpful, very knowledgable made the instructions and rules very clear. Unfortunately Fella behind the counter did not display same demeanor. When I asked about the different party packages they had available, I was referred to check it out online. He seemed more intrigued with cleaning and counting the nerf guns on the wall. Besides that everyone enjoyed themselves, although I don't think we'll be coming back.

The staff is so AMAZING!!! The location is very Clean, safe, and Fun!! This place is for EVERYONE!! Seriously everyone. MOM's and DAD's can enjoy great coffee, food, and wifi. The kids have tons of fun playing nurf guns and the younger ones can go next door to the playground and play in their nice controlled air setting. Favorite place!! Parents love it and so does the children.

Took 3 children here today to celebrate a 10 year old boy's birthday...the two other children were an 8 year old girl and a 4 year old boy....they had the best time!! Noah and Ashley, staff at Dart Zone are the best...they were super awesome with the kids! All 3 children were running around, laughing and playing nerf gun games for an hour. I thought they would never make it past 30 minutes of play...they didn't want to leave. Dart Zone is definitely for both boys and girls. Needless to say I will visit again and again!

Just had my boys birthday party and this company was just perfect!! Kids loved it !! Adult's were involved and had so much fun !! Totally recommend James for your next birthday party or event !!
