Plate Mate

Please note I only gave them one star because I can't give them zero. I am not one to write negative reviews. However I would highly recommend looking for a different meal prep company. I received my food on a Sunday and the plan I chose is supposed to come with breakfast,lunch,dinner, two snacks and fruit. I received only one snack and no fruit. I shrugged it off and decided to give it a shot I know things have changed with COVID and the process. I went to eat my lunch on Monday and the rice was rock solid like it had been frozen then thawed or over cooked. I again decided to look past it and hoped that when the rest of my 5 day order was delivered it would be better. Come the day that I was supposed to receive the second part of my meals the never showed up. At about 8 pm I texted them and asked what the deal was or eta and his response was he should be there soon let me check. He then texted back and said the delivery guy gave my order to the last customer. That is some serious miscommunication. He tried making it right and said he would refund me. That was on October 7th I still have no received my refund. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and would never recommend this company.
