I haven't painted probably since kindergarten and I used my fingers. Tried a date night thought a few alcoholic beverages would ease the pain. Turns out is wasn't only not painful, it was a great experience and the drinks were great. We had the Valentine's Malibu Barbie then switched to margaritas. Both drinks were good. The staff was great and the instruction was good. The pace was a little fast for a beginner but was definitely manageable. Would definitely come back and try again.

What an amazing fun experience. I always wanted to try a paint and sip. So happy to have find a nice spot in Arizona. The location was about 25 minutes from my house. We went on a Monday evening about 7. They have a nice setup to me. The bathrooms were super clean and fresh smelling. They had a very extensive selection of liquor and I was happy about that. I got a pina colada and it tasted so so good! That was actually my first time having one. The instructor I think her name was Daphne was very good. She was very patient and fun and friendly. It was only 5 of us in the class. It made it very personable. The session lasted about 2 hours 20 minutes since it was a detailed painting. I had so so much fun. My painting looked bad in the beginning but crazy in the end it came together so beautifully! I enjoyed my experience so much I cannot wait to come back here. This is good for a romantic date night.

I went to Pinot's Palette tonight for a work event. It was FABULOUS!I am not super artistic and the instructor led me to a beautiful art piece that I'm sure I'll be displaying for many holidays to come! They had a great system at the bar and we were able to bring in our food from a local restaurant. I immediately thought of how fun this could be for birthday parties and girl's nights out!I will definitely be doing events with Pinot's Palette in the future!

Stella was our bartender, instructor, comedian, all around the best hostess with the mostess! She was so attentive and informative. I've done a couple of paint nights and got lost along the way. This didn't happen here and she read the room the whole time! Music was great, beer & wine selection was also great! They also had a selection of great mocktails for the non drinkers or for the kiddos. It was an all around great evening! Would love to go back!Every night is a different paint night so check their schedule for upcoming images you'd like to create!

Went here today (Friday night) for the first time. My husband book same day and we had an amazing time! We checked in at the bar area, where they told us what room we'd be in and asked us what drinks we wanted (we didn't order any) so we went past the cashier and into the back room. The tables have your names written where you sit and it was a cool experience to watch and paint at the same time. Our instructor Lexi was super friendly and didn't rush us at all, very nice and a fun atmosphere. We spent 2 hours painting and I never felt frustrated or lost. It was a great process and loved the intimate setup. Would recommend to anyone wanting a fun friend or date night!

I've now been here twice and wanna go again soon. The artists are very talented and good teachers. Lots of drink options. A little pricey per person but it's a lot of fun!

We booked a private morning party with Pinot's Palette. When I booked the event, I was told to tell guests to arrive at 8:30 am and that we MUST leave by 11/1115. I walked in at 8:15 and was not greeted with warmth. Instead was told we were too early. I arrived 10-15 min before our start time to set up our snacks, but was told I had to wait because the room wasn't ready. The tone and attitude of the employees was not at all welcoming or kind, initially. The space (a small private room in the back) was very small for a party of 16 women. Meanwhile, their main area was empty until a group of about 10 kids showed up and had a session outside. This did not make one bit of sense to me. Still, I tried my best to stay positive. The set up of the smaller space had all of us crammed into one side of the room where one of our rows could not see the instructor at all. At this point I did say something to the instructor, who initially did not seem to want to move us, but then changed her mind and was open to us switching spots to the other side of the room where there was a tv screen to watch the instruction. Once we were able to breath a bit and spread out in the small room, things got better. I still don't understand why they would cram everything on one side of the already small room and not allow us to occupy the remaining empty row. It just seemed like common sense to me. I'd also mention that there is a lot of pushing to purchase drinks from the bar. Since our party was early in the morning at 8:30 am (not by choice, but necessity since they weren't willing to accommodate us at another time), our guests were not going to drink alcohol and they were all 60+ so most of them are health conscious and not interested in sweet drinks like juice. When we asked for water, they did bring us pitchers of water, but the water tasted terrible (like they didn't get it from a kitchen tap but from the regular handwash sinks). If they offered bottled waters on their menu, I would have rather purchased them, but this wasn't on the menu they sent us.I did notice is a sense of irritation at "not following rules." For example, one of us accidentally brought in a hydroflask with water and this was immediately announced to our whole group that drinks from outside are not allowed. I can understand if it were a bottle of wine/or a soda, but a hydroflask with water! It was one guest and all the instructor had to do was tell her specifically as opposed to announcing it to all. Another guest used a water glass for paint and again, the reaction was irritation. I understand that rules should be followed but there is also a way to address patrons in a business and I felt that there was some condescension in the way they treated us. The instructor (Gabby) was skilled and had a good sense of humor during our paint lesson. She was patient with our group as the party got started and was very kind as the party went on offering to take pictures afterward and cleaning up, etc. I made sure to tip her for her efforts during the actual paint instruction and clean up etc. She did say that her manager hadn't told her about the double booking of the space and she apologized. Still, I don't feel that we should have born the brunt of their miscommunication. In sum, the beginning of our event was definitely stressful and not a positive experience. As the lesson got started, it improved a lot, but I am sorry to say that I wouldn't choose this business again for an event due to the reasons I mentioned above. As a place to go for a night out with a friend or two, it's fine, but I did not feel that they really value our business nor did they make an effort to make us feel welcomed in the beginning.
