Pearl's Banquet Hall

Large venue a little aged during the say, unsure on budget because I was a guest but the place transformed at night and looked beautiful. It had security and ample parking.

It's been over 4 months and the owner sorry owners have still not given me my deposit back not only did they not give me my deposit back but they didn't have the hall ready for when the celebration was timed at super rude bartender that serves liquor to minors without asking for ID. Just a really back experience

I attended an open house for this newly opened banquet hall. I was looking ahead for location to hold my step-daughter's quinceanera. This place is not far from our home and being new, I wanted to check it out. From the outside I wasn't expecting much. It is a shopping center next to the Laser Tag place - but walking in I was pleasantly surprised. The space was very large, had a small separate room for kids to play and watch TV if they get bored, there is a separate kitchen, and a separate room & bathroom that could be used as a changing room for the quinceanera. They offered three different packages that included the space and food, on up to the top package that included the space, food for 300 guests, DJ, video & Photo, limousine service, upgraded decorations, and other amenities. The sound system was good and included some effects such as strobe lights and fog. There are three different food plates to choose from - Mexican, Pasta with chipotle sauce, and pasta with Alfredo sauce. I tried the chipotle sauce and it was good. It came with 2-3 sides. They had different varieties of cake to choose from as well. The packages had one price level for Saturday and a significantly lower price for Friday or Sunday. For the open house they were offering $1500 discount for booking that day (by putting down a $500 deposit). We were all impressed with the location and ended up booking that day.I really liked that it was new and large. The guy I spoke with said they have had a couple of events there during construction, but so far none with the fully constructed hall. It is a good location and priced well compared to others.

We had a last minute cancellations from another banquet hall and I'm so thankful for Abdul for putting this together for us for my daughters wedding. It was beautiful et je vous remercie beaucoup

"Once you come in you do not want to leave." This place is very excellent at what they do, very friendly and welcoming staff. I almost did not want to leave, on top of that my first attendance in this establishment was mind blowing. I give them 5 stars because they are worth it. Trust me if you are around the area and would like to stop in and not be let down, this will be the place i could recommend.

We had a banquet hall cancel on my daughters wedding 3 weeks prior to wedding date. We happened upon Pearls Banquet hall and Abdul. I can say enough about how they came through for us. Everything was beautiful and well put together, from tables, DJ and her colors. I will definitely recommend them. A beautiful venue and very easy to work with. Thank you for saving us.

Just attended a family members quince and it was perfect for a 15th birthday party. Personally I wouldn't like it for a wedding but they did a wonderful job and everything was very pretty. I liked the food, the DJ was pretty good and the service was also more than adequate. The only real issues I had is their lights don't dim, so lights were blaring till 9:30pm, I had a spot light hitting me in the face for hours. Another problem is their toilets were backing up the whole night, I don't know if it's a water pressure problem or what but every time I went (I have two young daughters so it was often) the toilets weren't flushing properly. I did notice the employees going in there to unplug toilets but it continued the whole night. Those are two problems that can be easily fixed and I hope they do because other then that they have a pretty good setup.

We recently had my daughters Quinceañera here. When we first went into this venue to see it / discuss pricing / packages the lights were dim but it was decorated for an event they were about to have. The place looked pretty nice at first- the owner seemed nice at first & really talked up the venue/ made it sound like it would be a smooth seamless process.Unfortunately after we paid the deposit and booked the date we ended up having a terrible experience with Pearls Banquet Hall. They only care about money and are NOT helpful at all. So much misinformation. They constantly changed what they were telling me regarding what was included and the timeline for the event. I did NOT include food or cake in my package but was told that the general package does include plates, utensils , soda,water , ice (for the soda), napkins. Like a week prior to the event I was told that plates and utensils would only be provided for the food but not the cake (which makes no sense being that neither food or cake was ordered through the venue).I also specifically asked if they would have a spot to keep the beer cold and I was told yes that the beer could go in the freezers and that we ONLY needed ice for the liquor. So we took the beer a day before the event to make sure they would be cold. However, the day of the actual event we were told we needed to get ice for the beer. So for more inconvenience some of our family/guest had to leave the event to go buy ice.No one had called me to go over the final timeline and details. I was very stressed out that the whole event would be a disaster and I texted the owner multiple times telling him I was concerned as we have yet discussed the final details/timeline. The only thing this place has going for it is the DJ (Saul). He helped get our timeline situated and even showed up early at the venue to accommodate for my daughter and her damas to practice before the event.Kitchen area and bathroom had roaches. The table cloths looked dirty / stained and had holes. The chairs were dirty (even though the owner Abdul specifically told me they would be cleaned prior). You could tell the drapes have not been washed in years. There were rotten blueberries on the couch in the dressing room area and the couches were very dirty. The whole place was hot every time I visited the venue as well as the day of the event.Overall I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Majority of the staff is rude. The owner just cares about the money and does NOT care about the quality of service. They don't bother to get back to you and are never on time when you are supposed to meet and are almost impossible to get ahold of. Their photo video company is a joke and are non responsive. There was many more issues but too long to fit all of it in this review. Just DONT do it - save yourself the stress and hassle and go somewhere else.

Amazing venue. The owner is very humble and easy to work with. The servers were friendly and very polite. Everything was splendid, will definitely recommend

I was here for a wedding. Great set up but what a front. The actual staff they provided was good. When things started going bad there was no management around. The sound went out from the Dj booth and surrounding sounds. I watched ppl walk out of the reception because of this. This was their day, not yours. If you didn't refund their money you're a shitty business/ greedy person. I actually got to meet you. I knew the second you shook my hand you just wanted money.
