10.03.22 I stopped in for a large regular crust Cowboy Pizza. The crust came out of the fridge and was very thin. I asked if it was a regular crust and the server said it was. I cooked it per instructions. The crust was hard on the edges and soggy everywhere else. It appeared to me that the dough was old. I am disappointed in this product. I will contact the manager tomorrow. I probably will not buy any in the future.

It's been ages since we had a PM pizza, and first time for this location. Had a coupon for the Outlaw pizza - BBQ pork and Fritos. We had phoned in an order and was told 15 minutes. It took us almost 20 to get there and was told it wasn't ready. Waited another 10 minutes. But let me tell you, those three employees were hustling- it was Saturday night and the three people in front of me had huge orders - one 8 pizzas, the others 5 each. We picked up a side salad. The instructions for baking the pizza were very well written. Pizza tasted pretty decent. We would try it again.

This place was fire! Stumbled upon it while visiting family. Ordered a meat stuffed pizza and cheese bread. The baking instructions were on point and the crunch, taste, proportions and overall presentation was beautiful. Cannot wait to order again!

I love the concept and $5.99 for a one topping pizza made to order. How can yoU go wrong. Notthe best pizza I've ever had but good. Love the chicken, bacon and artichoke. I bought a jar of herb and cheese for the house. Salads are usually pretty fresh and the cookie dough is pretty good to.

Update...manager NEVER called us back so when my husband called he talked to an assistant manager who said he would leave word with the employees and to come back that evening (last night 3/9/17) and get another pizza. We get there and he didn't leave a note and the female employee said "he's a liar, he never leaves us notes"...seriously...she also informed me that the white sauce that was on the Gourmet Vegetarian didn't have the garlic in it like it was supposed to. She also tried to say it was grease not water.....hello....it was a veggie pizza. Horrible customer service and no responsibility. They did not refund us the difference in money for our ruined pizza which is THEFT. They talk bad about the assistant manager to customers, they yell at each other in front of customers,, they make excuses instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes and they steal your money. Went and ordered a gourmet vegetarian minus artichokes add black olives, which is my usual. I have never had a pizza so water logged. I cooked it like normal and when it came out of the oven there was so much water on it that the crust on top could not even cook but the crust on the bottom is done.What the he**!? Are they soaking their veggies in water and not draining them. We called them and offered to bring it nack so they could see it and where told there was nothing they could do without a manager...really??? That is your level of customer service???? Not to mention that one employee was yelling at another while we where in there. Horrible food prep and horrible customer service.

Pizza is 2.5/5 i dont really undertsand buying pizza you have to cook, employees are pretty bad thats about it i guess

Great job of well prepared pizzas. Ingredients out to edge of the crust...no shortage. Online order timely. Brought out to our car (curbside pickup). This was our first use of Casa Grande Papa Murphy's. We frequent a PM regularly in Oregon and this was as consistent. Recommend.

Not worth the money. Will not go back!Pizza crust like paper hardly any sauce. And was just not very tasty.

Im giving just three stars only because the price listed on Yelp for the Cowboy Pizza shows $15.99, but the actual price is $19.99. I called the store about the price discrepancy and they apologized and said they would look into it. Other then that the pizza was excellent.

I first tried to order online. I was unable to garner any discount after several attempts. So, I decided I would ask for the senior discount on location at the take out. I brought my AARP card.At the take out I asked how one goes about getting the coupons delivered to my residence in the mail that I have received and used for years in different cities where I lived? The clerk informed me that he would put a discount coupon in the pizza I ordered - not usable at that time and wasn't the answer to my question.I then inquired about the senior discount listed online and produced my AARP membership card (I'm 65). The clerk said he would not be able to give me a the senior discount at which time with no explanation as to why. I produced several expired coupons and again requested how did I go about getting on their mailing list. He repeated that he wouldn't give me a discount.Since he had difficulty understanding plain spoken English and wasn't able or willing to answer the most basic of questions I turned around and left.I've eaten a ton of Papa Murphy's pizzas over the years and was pretty disappointed in this young man's attitude and or lack of basic customer service. I've never been refused a discount there and I would have accepted the fact if had simply put forth a reason for not doing so.Last time I visited this store a couple of month's ago the clerk was super accommodating, personable and courteous. The clerk I spoke with on September 4th about 5:30pm was the complete opposite.
