Papa Johns Pizza

Inarrived about 6pm. It was very busy for them with all the delivery orders. They were friendly and helpful and looked like they were enjoying they job.

I usually love Papa John's. I ordered an hour and half early for 5:30 carry out. Got there to a line going out the door. Waited 15 minutes to find out they haven't started my order and couldn't tell me a time. Had to cancel and go another route for a planned event. I don't understand how they get an hour and a half behind on the estimated time and why their system can't just update the time. Wasted over an hour of my time and walked away with no food and messed up plans.

I'd give 3 stars just for the pizza alone. It was really great and at a cheapish price.

Horrible....horrible!!!Ordered online and requested no contact door drop off. I paid via credit card d and left a tip before my order arrived. Big mistake! The driver Rand the door bell and asked for a signature, doesn't that defeat the purpose of no contact? Requested extra Papa John's seasoning packets.....didn't receive The garlic knots box was soaked in butter inside and out. The pizzas lacked cheese and had a large bubble when baking. Only positive was the spicy garlic butter dip is delicious.

I ordered online and when I completed the order it indicated they were making my pizza which I had changed the timing for hours later. I immediately contacted the location and they stopped the order and delayed it for when I originally wanted to pick it up. I received notification about 30 minutes prior to my pickup time the pizza was going on the oven. We live about 5 minutes away so I went up to get the pizza. I'd rather wait for it than it wait for me. When I got there it was in the oven. Waited about 5 minutes and received my order. Everything looked perfect jalapeño bites and a custom pizza. The toppings were a bit light, but were fresh and the cook was perfect. The sauce was excellent and the meat was distributed well and plenty of it. All the flavors were there. Well done cook put a nice char flavor to the crust. Sorry no pics today!

I place many orders with this location for the papa bowls. They normally arrive perfectly made and are nice and filling. However, I just got a delivery where there are 9 total pepperoni's and so little cheese that I can see the bottom of the bowl ( I ordered extra cheese, btw). I call to complain and the person on the phone tells me "Yeah my manager made that and says this is the specifications we have to follow" If anyone thinks the bowl I received is worth $20, they are out of their mind. It's almost laughable.... If this bs is the expectation, I just placed my last order with this garbage store. Will be doing a chargeback on my card for this fraud.

I ordered some pizza and breadsticks at 6:59pm. Said 60-70 mins. That's fine, not a big deal. I kept the tracker up and got busy doing whatever I was doing at home... 8:15pm I realize my pizza was still being "prepped" I'm like wow that's wild, I said they must've been slammed. 8:45pm rolls around and I call to see where my pizza is and I am greeted with a lovely attitude... She tells me that "it's on the way" no apology, no sorry we were busy, nothing... I ask if I'm the 1st delivery or the 3rd or 4th stop. Says you're the only order.. 25 minutes later a Door Dash driver calls me and says they're here with my pizza and asks if I can come to the car and pick it up. Mind you it's been almost 2 and a half hours since I ordered. It was a Wednesday night. I don't mind waiting for my food, but by the time I received it the food was cold.

I always use this location. The manager Jacob and his team have great customer service and always provide a speedy delivery with great food.

This place have the worst customer service I've ever experienced!! A girl that was helping me bec she made a mistake making my order bec of allergies was the rudest person I have ever talked too. How can this company be hiring this kinda people?? I have food allergies and her response was "what did you want me to do with it. It was done and I can't reverse what happened. Instead of apologies she made me feel like it's my fault that I have allergies. If I can give them zero I would. I hope the manager can do something about it.

My grandkids always get Little Ceasars so I told them we were trying Papa Johns this time. What a mistake! Crust was terrible, toppings were sparse, very little cheese and the sauce was inconsistently applied. I never thought I would say that Little Ceasars makes much better pizza.
