Papa Johns Pizza

I have never have anything bad to say about the food here, but time and time again the cashier, Chris, has been rude and disrespectful to me and my family. He rushes us when decided what to get, rolls his eyes and scoffs when we ask questions about the food, and tries to rush us into a decision when we need more time. As much as we love the food me and my family will NOT be returning to this location.

It's been awhile since eating or ordering at a Papa Johns, but wanted to try their new Stiffed Crust Pizza.Came by and ordered from this location on Saturday evening about 5:15 PM. They were extremely busy with many staff members working hard to get those pizzas orders out the door!We were greeted by a member that was clearly tackling putting together take out boxes. We decided what we wanted and the lead manger (came from the back) to assist in placing our request . He told us it would be about 15-20 minutes, so we decided to stay around the complex and walked down to the Safeway. We picked up a few RedBox flicks and made our way back. By the time we did our pizza was ready. The same man that was prompt to help us, actually was at the entrance with our pizza in hand and handed it off to us with a smile & said enjoy! The pizza was hot, fresh and tasty.We had forgotten just how good that garlic sauce is and it was the perfect accompaniment to dunk that stuffed crust into too! This is a take out/ delivery location only. Impressed with that fact that with being as busy as they were the customer service exceeded our expectations. Great job especially to the one that took care of us. I believe he was the manager or possibly a franchise owner? Either way, keep up the good business practices and you'll see us again.

Always good food and service. Have been ordering from here for many years and will continue to do so.

Zero zero stars absolutely the worst customer service. They hang up on you. when they do try to order, they do not honor any of the papa John advertised specials. It's almost impossible to understand the rude dude on the other end of the line. SHAQUILLE O'NEAL PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION!

I tried to look up any specials or even a menu online with no luck so drove to the shop directly. Upon arrival there are literally no menus anywhere, just a sign on the counter and another on the wall behind the counter saying to scan a qr code for the menu. Of course the link wouldn't work and I was not going to download an app on the spot. In the meantime, I'm talking with my friend saying surely they have an ACTUAL menu SOMEWHERE? 3 staff walked past the counter where we were standing during this time, not one bothered to even acknowledge us as we're querying amongst ourselves how can we order if we don't know what they have. I understand a pizza shop is busy but it would've taken someone 2 seconds for someone to at least greet/acknowledge us and say 'we'll be right with you' or offer some assistance. Needless to say, we won't be going back there.

By far the worst service we've had with any Papa Johns store. We ordered a pizza for pickup and the gentleman at the front was extremely rude and short. We asked for an extra garlic sauce for dipping and he acted like it was the end of the world and told us one came in the box. We got to the car to find one wasn't included in our box which led us to go back into the store to try to pay for what we asked for. The snarky response and lack of simple friendliness will keep us clear of this store!

Food was terrible. For $25 the pizza should be outstanding. Hardly any sauce, very little sausage and pepperoni. Not good at all. Will not order again.

I came to this location a year or two back. Pizza was decent every time. I ordered from them a few days back. Pizza was absolutely terrible. I would rather get a frozen pizza from Walmart and heat it up under the hood of my car. Sorry it was that bad. There's no way they can stay maintained, Wow!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is ridiculous. Please please do not order from this place. Tell everybody to order pizza from anywhere, but Papa John's especially this one located on Val vista and Elliot. The guys at work there are very unprofessional. Hard to understand on the phone or if you're lucky enough they'll answer the phone. 99% of the time they never answer the phone and when they do forget about getting any other specials because they don't offer any specials anytime you want that specific item it's $10 more.
