Giant ripoff! They charge you $1.99 service fee to buy a ticket! Go elsewhere. The exhibit itself has several dinosaurs, but it is not worth $20 per person.

Dino-Mite time using our Get Out Pass for the first time. $20 per person to enter, but we bought our pass, when on a Memorial weekend sale, for only $20 each.... so we've already gotten full value out of it!My kids are getting older (6 & 8), and we expected this to be for toddlers, and we assumed the dinos were just statues. To our delight, we were totally wrong! The three of us had so much fun.We downloaded the Pangaea app and used QR codes to scan into each Dino. The app pulls up info on each Dino like: name, diet, size, history, liason where fossils have been found, and a few extras. My kids love it and took turns scanning and reading. As long as you scan into it all 32 dinosaurs, you present it at the end of the exhibit and get a prize. My kids chose shark teeth. We also sat for the Fossil presentation and then Dino trivia right after. We truly learned a lot, and it was done so well. For trivia, the team member, Allie, kept track of each correct answer of each kid playing. Whatever their score was is how many "tickets" they received to spend in the arcade store and get little prizes . This was a great way to do scoring as there were other kids there who really knew their trivia. So each kid won something. We didn't pay extra to do the arcade or mining, and we still managed to spend a fun-filled 3 hours here. Dexter the Dino also made an appearance, played duck duck goose, and took photos with each kid.It was a great morning together, and then we finished by having lunch upstairs at their Pangaea GrillInstagram: @msbusyblonde

Our 7 year old had a good time in general here.We went on either a Get Out Pass or a Pogo Pass, so it was discounted, with that, this review omits the economic factor of the admission cost and focuses on the experience. The animated animatronic dinosaurs were nice. The use of the QR code for the APP was new generation and the trivia questions were interactive. The museum itself is small and you can do it within 30 minutes easily. There's upsell / upsold activities at an additional cost which were entertaining. There's a gaming arcade area too, token based with prizes for tickets earned.Overall, he had a good time and enjoyed it for a few hours, so that's a good experience by my review.

My toddler ran through in 3 minuets. Luckily, it was dead on a Sunday 1 pm ( the entire complex, this place is massively overpriced). So he ran through the area 20 times. The kids are more attracted to the arcade games. I had an expired Groupon for $18 and they made my pay $5 to use it. In total I paid $40 to go through this exhibit- what a shame! it's worth no more than $6.99 IMO

Pangaea, Land of the Dinosaurs is a attraction located at Arizona Boardwalk. My daughter and I purchased the combo tickets at the OdySea Aquarium. The 3-combo pack included the following-Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs-OdySea Aquarium-The Butterfly WonderlandMy daughter and I visited Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs around 1:30 P.M on a Tuesday during Christmas week. It's located on the first level below Johnny's Indoor Playground. The team member at the window was able to scan the ticket seamlessly and we were buzzed into the Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs attraction. The first place that you enter is the gift stored. My daughter and I are typically used to visiting the gift store after an attraction. Once you go through the gift store, you enter the land of the dinosaurs attraction. You're provided a pamphlet to fill out during your adventure by identifying all of the dinosaurs with the picture and then stamping each dinosaur at all of the different attractions. All of the stamps were working at each stations. Some of the animatronics were not working, but it was cool, looking up close to the dinosaurs. Some of the tablets were not working as well. What made this attraction so amazing was the team! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable at Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs. Once my daughter completed her adventure pamphlet, we stopped by one of the desks and she had received a small dinosaur toy. The team member informed us to go towards the back of Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs for even more activities! The first activity that we participated in was drawing some of the dinosaurs onto a piece of paper. It was sketching onto the paper a variety of dinosaurs. It was pretty cool. We then proceeded to the next station which included digging for your dinosaur in one of the clay boxes. It took my daughter about 20 minutes to dig through and find her dinosaur! Once she was able to get her dinosaur out of the clay, the next station involved designing the dinosaur. You're provided a few different design materials to decorate your dinosaur. She really enjoyed this part!Afterwards, it was time for some digging! A team member hid a few different dinosaurs in mulch and my daughter was able to dig up a few different dinosaurs. Out of all the dinosaurs she was able to find, only one could be selected to keep. She did choose the T-Rex. The last activity included sluicing. We had to pay extra for this activity per one of the team members. It was a pretty seamless process. We went back to the front entrance and informed the team member that we wanted to purchase an additional ticket to the attraction. The team member requested our combo ticket for a discount. Once we purchased the ticket, my daughter was also provided tokens to the arcade! The arcade had a limited amount of games, some not fully functioning, and it was pretty outdated. My daughter did hit the jackpot on one of them and got 250 tickets!! It made her day. She was able to get a few different toys from Pangaea. The last activity she performed was the sluicing. There are two types you can choose from, either the fossil bones (Shark teeth etc..), or the gems. My daughter selected the gems and had a lot of fun learning how to sluice. She actually wanted to buy another ticket to do it again!Overall, my daughter and I had a lot of fun at this attraction. We spent several hours here and would come back here again in the future if we were visiting the OdySea Aquarium again.

The staff were nice and helpful, but goodness what a waste of money! This should be $10 for adults and $5 for kids to get in. This was not at all what I expected for the price. It's very small and could be completely done in less than 20 minutes.

Dinosaurs are cool but they got rid of the tide on ones and the bounce house and replaced with arcade games. So basically pay to go to arcade

We had an extra day in Phoenix to do whatever before heading back to Cali, and so my high school kid wanted to come here. Her first choice would've been the Arizona Museum of Natural History, but unfortunately, it was closed on Monday. Not sure how she found this place online, but I think she thought it was going to be different. I saw the reviews and thought about having her reconsider, but what the heck, it's too hot to do anything else. This is located at the Arizona Boardwalk in Scottsdale, a place with 8 marquee attractions in what looks like a circular outdoor shopping center. Being late morning on a Monday at the end of June, it was pretty empty. A lot of families with small children though. The entrance was a bit confusing. Under the sign "Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs" is a wall painted with dinosaurs (and where people would line up), and next to the wall is a sign "80 Dinosaurs," which is where the ticket booth and entrance are. It's $19.95 for general admission and $17.95 for children 2-12. We did the combo ticket with the aquarium, so it was slightly discounted (had to go to the aquarium to buy the aquarium + dinosaur combo tickets since they didn't sell that combo here).Once we entered, sure enough, my kid said, "Ohh, it's kinda sad." The room is small, and even though there is a trail to see different dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals, the entire room is clearly visible where ever you are. Not all the animatronics were moving, and they looked more plastic-y than expected (of course, it'd be more expensive if they did look more real like at the Jurassic ride in Universal Studios). There's also an arcade area to the right of the entrance. The claw machine looked sad...(see pic).Even though we only spent no more than 15 minutes there, we made the best of it like taking silly pics with the dinosaurs. Definitely wouldn't come back here again, but I can see little kids enjoying this place.

The birthday package was a blast ! This is not a walk through place but a place to take the time to do the activities. Which is imbedded in the bday package with your own personal host . Our host Genesis was awesome ! Would recommend her . It was for a 7 year old birthday and the kids had a blast. Loved that I was able to bring on my own food and drink but you also can order pizza from them . The negative reviews threw me off .. you won't like it if you think this is just a walk through place . They have great things to see but it wouldn't be worth the price if that's all you did . I'm glad we still tried it out even though we were hesitant .
