We went to Palma today for something different for Thanksgiving. This place is beautiful! The food was delicious. Joe Gomez was our server and took such good care of us. Kimberly the manager was so nice. The whole staff there is so exceptional! Thank you all for making our day amazing!

My Fiancee and I came here for her best friend's Daughter's Graduation lunch from ASU. It was our first time here and we didn't know what to expect. The food and customer service was on point.From the moment we drove up to the gate, the gentleman at the gate was personable and funny. We had a great quick chat with him.The drive to the kitchen from there was beautiful.The restaurant was very nice, food was on point, and the waitress was wonderful. The price for two of us, two drinks, shared a salad, and two entrees came out to about $60.00. Not bad at all.You have to visit here at least once.

Restaurant is located inside Encaterra Country Club but open to public. Beautiful space as you would expect at a Country Club. Pretty bougie crowd, not a lot of diversity down here!!!! Note picture of dress code card you are handed when you drive through club gate. My lunch partner was asked at door to put on a provided button up shirt, presumably because it didn't meet the dress code. There were many ladies coming in off the golf course with sleeveless shirts on exactly like my lunch partner, so I think it was her Harley tattoos that offended, not her shirt. Beware.Food was really good!!! I had the Cobb Salad with an added piece of salmon that was grilled perfectly. Traditional Cobb with all the fixings. They were out of their French Dip sandwich, ran out of iced tea half way through our meal, and forgot our coffee with this wonderful little flourless chocolate tart. First two issues are mgmt's problem, so won't ding or server. Other than forgetting our coffee's, rest of service was very well done. Loved the food, just wish the dress code thingy wasn't so arbitrary, but they were nice about it ... and it is a semi-private club so they get to do what they want. $30-50 per person with appetizers, entree, and dessert. Parking free in the club lot

Food was great. Beautiful club house and grounds. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely return.

We visit Palma again today as we are signing papers on our new home. Caiden was our server. He was friendly, polite and attentive. He also got us a little sample of the chicken fajita soup of the day which was very delicious and fun to try. We went with the lunch combos. We both enjoy the Caesar salad and I love the sliders while Don went with the prime rib sandwich. Very delicious! We love the ice tea! It's amazing how often a restaurant can't make a nice glass of ice tea. It's always delicious and refreshing here.

This place was okay. My parents booked a reservation for 4 for my father's birthday. He's a big fan of this place but it was my first time. I looked at the menu online and didn't see the vegan options, mostly vegetarian. My mother said she called and they confirmed they have vegan options though? The meatless options all seemed to have cheese. They had a burger with an option for an importable patty but it also had cheese, bacon and non vegan bread. I guess I'm not certain what they are saying is vegan?I ended up ordering a kale and quinoa salad, no feta. It was mostly kale, 5 ish cherry tomatoes, a few sliced peppers, and maybe a spoonful of quinoa. It was drenched in the dressing that I asked for on the side. It tasted fine but nothing to write home about. I had ordered sweet potatoes fries that were forgotten and they came out when we were almost done, and were a bit cold.We were seated at 530 and our food came out at 7. It was just way too long. I think because this place is in a retirement community they must have thought we wanted slow service.It was just okay.The place was pretty and they had space heaters.

My girlfriend and I visited for Sunday brunch today, and the place has a great vibe. We were seated outside, which was lovely, and our waitress promptly brought us water. When she returned to take our drink order, I asked about the beers they had on tap, and instead of answering, she directed me to the menu. I didn't move, and after a brief pause, she listed off the options.Once we had our drinks, we ordered food. A different waitress brought out our meals, but unfortunately, our original server didn't check on us again for at least 20 minutes. My eggs were completely bland with no seasoning, and to make matters worse, I had requested sourdough toast but received plain white bread instead. When our waitress did finally return after we finished, she cleared our plates and dropped off the bill without any attempt to address the issues.Overall, while the atmosphere is fantastic, the service was disappointing, and unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.

Excellent customer service. From the host to all of the waiters. Food was phenomenal-I had the salmon dinner my husband had the short ribs. Just delish. It was our 4 year anniversary and they made us feel super special. Hubby had peach mule and I had a $10 red blend glass, can't remember the name. It used to be a private restaurant for members only but they opened to the public ! Just call the restaurant and they'll give you the gate code.

Food and service are great and have been going here for some time as it has always been fully open to the public. But as of first of year, only members are now allowed to sit at the bar which me and my wife often liked to do. It doesn't matter how busy they are - that's their policy. So will be looking for other options when we just want casual dinner and drinks. Would have given them 5 stars otherwise.
