Super cute place - we went for the coffee. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was trendy and clean. The coffee was great, but the TOASTS. If I lived locally, this would be my go-to breakfast & read spot.

Pretty innovative idea. The building contains 60+ suites. Majority of the suites are beauty suites and few others like pet bakery. Right in the middle of the entrance there is this beautiful coffee shop. The young lady who made our coffee was very polite and sweet. The toast was delicious, sourdough bread with plenty of fresh avocado. Aloha latte was very flavorful but not too sweet and not flavor overpowering. Definitely will be back.

The coffee here is delicious! I got a hot latte and it was strong and creamy. It came out quickly. Had beautiful latte art on it. Ideal third-wave coffee for a coffee snob like me. The place is small, quiet, and cute. The price is worth it.

What a beautiful and clean space! Love the plants. Friendly barista too. Went here to get one of their lattes (which did not disappoint btw) and to get some work done. Lovely place for those who want to change up their wfh setting. I had so many people ask me where this spot was! Would come here more often if I lived in AZ. Will be back next time I'm there.

This is an awesome place for a coffee meetup or even workplace. First time here and the lady working the coffee shop was so friendly and patient with all my tea questions. The inside has that contemporary natural vibe, and the area is well kept. It's in the same complex as Costco, so it makes it even easier to hop from one place to another. Parking is easy and coffee/tea prices are reasonable. Will be coming back!

A really cool place and a really cool concept! I came here because the hair salon my family had appointments with had their business located in one of the pods/sections in this building.Pallet Collective is a large space that offers many small businesses a chance to have a decent sized work room/salon. When you enter the many entrance door options, there are several seats and tables for you to wait in while you're sipping on some coffee.There's a coffee shop in the center of this unit and they have a lot of great options for classic coffee with alternative milk selections, such as old milk. With the pandemic, they have a little marks on the tables which say that the table is either clean or needs to be cleaned. So if you sit at a clean table, make sure to flip over the card so that employees are aware that that table needs to be cleaned for another customer. There is free Wi-Fi, so you can surf the web while you're waiting for your appointment. The majority of the business is located in this building are hair salons. I noticed a couple nail salons and near the front entrance there is a macaron shop and a CBD shop.It's a really interesting and unique concept and Layout, and I'm hoping it helps smaller salons with cost and overhead. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area and need a fresh cut and coffee.

You cannot go wrong with the avocado toast. Yum! Always friendly baristas who are happy to help craft and tailor a great coffee to your taste.

Since the acquisition by mattison salon suites, the conditions at our Tempe building have drastically deteriorated. The AC has not been working, leaving an entire side of the building without cooling. Homeless individuals are breaking in and sleeping in the bathrooms, and there have been headless birds outside the building for weeks, along with cockroaches and dead lizards everywhere. Despite these issues, we have received no support and tenants have been asked to clean the bathrooms themselves.The building has gone through multiple managers in the past year, all of whom have quit due to poor treatment of tenants and staff. Furthermore, tenants have been charged double rent multiple times, with "refunds" issued only as credits.The lack of compassion, kindness, and support is evident. It is clear that the severity of the situation is not being understood or addressed. Thank goodness our lease is coming to an end, and we are moving to a location with a kind and supportive owner who truly wants small businesses to succeed.We urge you to take immediate action to improve the conditions and support the tenants. The current state of affairs is unacceptable and unprofessional. Please do better.

They made it right - apologized for the error and gave me the coupon back. Happy and appreciative of their response. Will be back! And happily recommend this place again for anyone who is looking for a great cup of coffee.
