Pacific Rim and Sushi

If there was a higher rating number I'd rate this 10/10! Food was very authentic, I ordered the pacific combo with all three meats, every meat was cooked perfectly with their own flavors! Plate was loaded! Mac salad was at its best! Thank you to the lady who even came to me and showed my plate before putting it in the bag to make sure it was at my liking, extreme respect for pacific rim.

Average food but it makes up for it by being expensive. Unfortunately the high prices didn't go toward the atmosphere or service.

Sweet!So worth it! I've had Hawaiian food out of a truck before and this was as good as anything on North Shore. The loco moco was good and a lot of it, plenty of rice, cool mac salad and two perfectly cooked eggs. My son's poke was just as delicious.He hardly ever eats everything on his plate...cleaned it!Service was great and the time between order to eating was quick.Last words...looking for the blue truck.

This place is fire. Everything is so fresh, high quality, and delicious. I would highly recommend the combo plate or the korean chicken plate. We have eaten at this food truck numerous times and have never been disappointed!

Thankful for these guys coming out whenever we get that crave. Bruddah and sista makes some ono food and makes you feel like you back home on the islands. Doesn't matter what you order, it's gonna taste good. Always gotta make that stop when they in the neighborhood.

First, they now have a new physical location:1720 W Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85202Ordered a loco moco and tried to compare it to the one I had at a Anthony Bourdain featured restaurant in Maui.I think the one I had here is better than the one I had in Hawaii. Everything is more flavorful down to the burger patty used.All the staff are friendly and the aloha spirit is evident. Only things missing are the humidity and the smell of the sea breeze.Only issue I had is the portion is way too much for me. Spliting it up into 2 meals I'll still be stuffed twice. I wish I can order one with smaller portion.

I tried this over uber eats which can be why it was highly disappointing. The kalbi ribs they give you have barely any meat, however, the taste is great. While the taste might be great, I think its a bit overpriced. The poke was also just alright, have had better poke in the same area for cheaper as well.
