One Pot Fusion

Amazing soup!!!!It's reminds me of a combination of Thai, Vietnamese and Taiwanese all in one pot.Never had anything like this before.Delicious!Thanks to my girlfriend who brought it for me and I wasn't feel good and this made me better.

I visited One Pot Fusion with my family on a rainy night--ideal weather for hot pot! This Thai hot pot restaurant served us well, with six of us ordering five hot pots, a few appetizers, and some drinks.The owner was quite hands-on, taking care of everything from ordering and cooking to making drinks and managing the cash register. Fortunately, the restaurant is relatively small, which seemed to help her manage all these tasks. She did have a new helper, but he clearly needed some training to keep up with the pace.However, the food left us wanting more. We felt the portion sizes were smaller compared to other hot pot places we've tried, which was disappointing. Additionally, I found myself quite thirsty after the meal, which is never a good sign.Overall, I probably won't return to One Pot Fusion. While the ambiance was cozy and the service was well-intentioned, the food didn't quite meet our expectations.

I had such a busy day working that I didn't get a chance to eat anything--what a whirlwind! I just remembered that One Pot restaurant now offers Chicken Rice in a delightful Thai style. I enjoyed some amazing Thai Chicken Rice in Bangkok last year, so I was excited to give it a try!I ordered both the Chicken Rice and the Crispy Pork Belly. The Chicken Rice was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked, infused with the lovely aroma of chicken. The chicken itself was tender and moist, and the accompanying broth was a wonderful touch. You might find it amusing, but the cucumbers were fresh and incredibly tasty!If you're from Singapore or Malaysia, the flavor might be a bit different since it's made in Thai style, but I highly encourage you to give it a try--it's really good!

The broth was okay. It doesn't have a depth of flavor and since I was able to see the kitchen from where I was seated, it was pre made flavor cubes to make the malatang. It was just okay.

Very delicious individual hot pots with fresh ingredients! We spent lunch here today for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our meal. The seafood is very good quality compared to that used at Tasty Pot. Very tasty broth and overall delicious. Also loved their milk tea boba. They use mini boba and I like those better than regular boba.

One of the best hot pot places you will find! The flavor of the broths are awesome, you don't even need to dip the meat into any sauces like most hot pot places. The teas they make are actually very good, they use fresh brewed tea, and I think my favorite one was the cacao as it was pure rich chocolate.The bingsu was one of my favorite items. The fresh fruit and the texture and creaminess of the shave was perfect. The place is very small and only has a few tables, but it is your true hole in the wall gem.

The food is not Laos or Thai, they cater to money! I will never come back again if I ever need real want to eat Thai or Laos food, totally garbage. Please take off the larb & the papaya salad off your menu.

Tried One Pot Fusion again, and just as it did the first time, this place strongly delivered in every aspect! Including great taste, food quality, presentation, portion, customer service and ambiance! If you have not tried out One Pot Fusion, then you are truly missing out on an amazing experience!

The food was very tasty. There is major shrinkflation from pictured menu with actual much smaller portion size and price on all items we ordered.We were a group of 5 and ordered a mix of individual hot pot, chicken rice plate with infused chicken broth rice, and seafood udon bowl. The food were flavorful with various Thai sauces, chili oil, and crushed red pepper condiments to go with them. We capped off with Bingsu desserts (The fresh fruits given on our bingsus were only 1/3 of what is shown on the menu.Now for the caveats:Just be aware this place charges a mandatory 22% for 5 or more people, which we didn't mind paying, because the service on our visit was good, BUT we noticed the mandatory tip was calculated based on AFTER TAX % and if the group wanted to add additional tip, the recommended tipping on the check is based on the total of FOOD, TAX, and Forced Group Tip, so possibly receive nearly a 50% COMPOUNDED TIP total if you are not aware.If you are just going by the recommended tip amount with an under 5 group party size, just be aware it is calculated based on AFTER Tax total. Otherwise, all else was good.

Food was delicious. Definitely an unexpected gem, tucked back in a strip mall. Worth the trip and we'll be back!
