What can I say about this place? This place is for everyone from beginners to experts, from singles to single parents and everything in between. They do it all in 40 minutes with various exercises daily. They incorporate cardio into each circuit of training and focus on one major area per day. They also have a corner for children if you don't have a sitter for the kids just to you can get right each and every day. No excuses!Shout out to Corey who has major energy when he is there whether he is leading the class or not. He really gets the people going *Chazz voice (Blades of Glory reference)*Definitely worth checking out. Watched my girl drop 30 pounds in 8 weeks and 65 pounds in 8 months by working out here and eating right with the diet. Great facility and good group of people that you workout with and learn from.

Love the workouts, they are fast and fun - I think I have been sore since I started - they really work your entire body over the course of the week. I love that if you have a physical issue - they can give you a modification for any exercise. Great for beginners to the person that is really physically fit.

Great place to get in shape and lose some weight. Over the course of several weeks, I was able to meet all of their trainers, who are all highly motivating. This place feels like a family and helped me lose 5% body fat in just over a month. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I joined FBBC at this location about 3 months ago and have nothing but good things to say! I recently moved to California and am currently at another FBBC location that does not compare to North Gilbert. I realize that each location has their own style, however, I wish I still lived in the area as this is by far the best one yet (facility, community, coaches, music, energy, circuits)!The coaches (Corey, Fletcher, and Bryan) constantly motivated me to do my best without making me feel like I was not doing enough. I felt extremely welcomed by the other members who also encouraged me to push through tough workouts.10/10 would recommend to anyone of all activity levels and age as the coaches do an excellent job at modifying the workouts to suit your needs.
